Great little thing, for the price – Dont be fooled by reviewers stating that this is "rubbish" or "unacceptable"... you're paying for a bluetooth ear-piece... its not going to be the best quality, but it will work. and it will work good.

Cuts out all the time. Don't bother – This head set looks nice, but is disappointing once you try and use it. The headset can cut out at anytime mid conversation, and becomes rather frustrating after more then 10minutes use. After a few days I went back to my old wired headset. Calling Microsoft gets you no where, they say it's something interfering with the signal but out of the 26 friends on my list who purchased it only 3 still use it. I've been through 4 of these none of which lasted more then a month or two. Save yourself from disappointment and a rising stress level and don't bother with this product. Looks nice Horrible product, Unreliable, Expensive, Bad warranty service
