Buyer beware DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER – Purchased this dishwasher 3 weeks ago from Lowes. No matter which cycle I run the dishwasher on, it leave water condensation in the bottom tub an on the door. Very unsanitary and extremely dissatisfied. Show details

Owned 4 years now, still going strong – I saw bad reviews on this and had to put mine forward as have owned this 4 years and only had a wee grief, it was leaking. I called Appliances Online and within days she was fixed again and off she went. No issues. So now, she is 4, I still have no issues. I just happened to be googling how to raise the top basket as the arm always smacks my… Read more ·  2

dishes and until today, didn't know this was a thing to be able to raise that arm. I don't feel too daft, I saw some people with dishwashers not knowing for 25 years lol. I don't have a bad word to say about this machine. I am sure there is a way to raise that basket which is more my lack of knowledge over the capabilities of dishwasher. Everything always comes out sparkling... however she does DRINK the rinseaid like I drink wine, so that's a high usage thing, that said, no issues.

I would give this product a ZERO if I could – I have had this product for 3 months. Do NOT purchase this product. The customer service is horrible, and they tell you that you have to take it back to where you bought it, uninstall at your cost and reinstall at your cost. By that point I should just buy a new dishwasher. I regret not keeping my old which worked FINE. This one starts to smell… Read more

after two days. I have to rinse the dishes every day. Its not the installation, its the dishwasher, as my installer checked out everything that was done. They sent a repair person who told me to put vinegar in it. Not helpful. Save yourself trouble and BUY a different dishwasher. Midea is nothing but problems!

Must avoid: Poor quality, slow service. Started leaking water 1.5 years after purchase – Does not last. Front door seal started leaking water 1.5 years after purchase. Within the warranty period, but service is extremely slow. One month since it broke and I am still waiting for them to fix it. Avoid. UPDATE: front seal was finally replaced 5 weeks after the problem of leaking started BUT it did not fix the problem! It keeps leaking… Read more

water, so on week 6 since this happened I am waiting for the service to come and pick it up and check it at their office.. Likely to have an answer 2 months after the issue. Avoid MIDEA dishwashers: low quality and no service really. Here are the dates to give you an idea of what is going on: -16 Oct (Friday): water leaks -19 Oct (Monday) getting hold of the service line (not active on weekends) -20 Oct I am asked to complete forms for checking the dishwasher. -21 Oct I contacted midea to see how are they progressing with this -22 Oct I get a reply back that they "will contact" the service. The service people seem very busy and unavailable. Only way to get them is by calling and to cut a long story short it is now 25th of November and after chasing them they will come on the 27th of November to take the dishwasher away to check it. I will keep updating this post to see how long will this take to be fixed or get a refund. UPDATE 2: - 28/Nov: Midea says they cannot fix it and are willing to offer a new dishwasher but without warranty and also asked me to post back the existing dishwasher. They said if I want a refund I should contact appliancesonline. - 7/Dec: still unresolved. I contacted AO on 29/Nov and since then almost every 2 days. They seem to have trouble discussing the case with Midea although they are not clear of what is happening with this case.
