Failed after 3 years and warranty is 2 years. Too expensive to fix. Miele don't service our area so wasted hours trying to book a service. These do not last. Controller is at bottom and any water issues, which are expected with a dishwasher render it useless. Look and stacking is great. Washing was ok, but handwashing does a better job. Large pots and grime were not washed off. Had to do a lot of re-washing by hand. Takes hours to do one load. Overall very disappointed due to the cost compared to other dishwashers that last longer and do equally as bad a job, but are also much faster.

Purchased in at Miele for $999.

Appalling customer service – I am appalled at the Miele customer service I have received after a delivery of a faulty dishwasher. A qualified plumber installed a dishwasher 4 weeks ago. The dishwasher is not functioning. I called Miele and they have sent an electrician who has advised that the pressure in the pipes is too high and I need to install a pressure reduction valve. He managed to measure the pressure in the pipes by looking at the pipes. I then had a qualified plumber to confirm that the pressure in the pipes is within the product specifications and it is likely the antiflood device causing a problem. I have now been calling and emailing Miele for 3 weeks. Nobody is interested. My last phone call was supposed to escalate to the correspondence being send to a management. I am still awaiting a call back. This is certainly not a 'Miele Promise' I am familiar with from Europe. Today I called Miele to cancel the order of the washing machine. No more Miele products for us.

Hello Daniel, Thank you for your prompt reply. I have Harvey Norman looking into this matter. I contacted them this week since they have supplied the dishwasher. It is sad that I have to write a poor rating review to be heard. I’ll contact PR Support to see if you cover plumber’s charges. At this stage I want the dishwasher removed and get a refund. I used to love Miele products. I’m from EU and the Miele customer service there is excellent. Unfortunately that has not been my experience in Australia.
