I spent hours on hold, i used three different service numbers and honestly, after 4 hours, two emails, i gave up, I talked to a live person for two minutes who said he transferring me and he did to a black hole. Three days later i got notice that a repair ticket was sent to a local repair company. They contacted me the next day and now i get to wait a week for them to show up. No repair company is listed in my area only sellers are and they are no help.
