Hi I bought this machine December 2021 and started using mid March 2022 when we moved back into our house after renovating. It came with six of the auto dos dishwashing powder canisters. Number 5 powder canister was in and the dishes came out dirty two times in a row. I checked the canister - almost empty. I changed it - dishes clean next wash - the machine did not tell me the canister needed changing. How does the warranty work in this situation?

Looking at your reply has made me see this post again and I realise I contacted Miele through product review within the two year warranty but didn’t get round to contacting them to fix it until after December 23. The 2 years warranty was up but It was still within two years of when I started using it as I did not install it until March. But because it was outside the two years from the purchase date of December 2021 they did not honour the warranty. Thus I no longer use the auto DOS and no longer purchase it from Miele. Very disgusted that such a premium product only has a two year warranty and that they wouldn’t honour the warranty considering the use of it was within the two years. I think that’s pretty mean. Miele if you’re listening, and there is Proof in product review that I contacted you and got a reply within the two year warranty, do you want to come and fix it under warranty?
