Having purchased the vacuum cleaner product less than TWO YEARS ago - it is still under a so-called Warranty, but are experiencing ongoing trouble endeavouring to have an important seal to be replaced. An important element which ensures proper function. Repeat, it is still within its recorded Warranty period. No fewer than 12 emails have… Read more

achieved no conclusion to an obvious manufacturing weakness. Moved from one individual to another each of who want the exact same details previously tendered in writing. Irresistible suspicion that it might well be an exercise to see who gives up first. Not a recommended product..

We got this for dog hair mainly, we have a kelpie cross, used on tiles, wood and carpet it is shocking. I watch it just push the hair along the floor. Now the hair is staying in the chambers of the vacuum and not reaching the canister to empty out. Despite me cleaning every possible place I can on the vacuum. Miele customer care are telling me… Read more

there is only one service centre in Adelaide with no contact number so I have to drive an hour to find out their service fee plus costs to fix. So very disappointed I was hoping I had bought a reputable brand. I definitely don't recommend this one

Looked a number of stick vacs and reviews, decided on HX2 dog and Cat for our property, hard floors and carpets and obviously a dog. It was highly rated by other users and does exactly what it says it will, battery life says 55mins, never got that… Read more

time, but great section, easy to clean, very solid, just be mindful when installing bracket to ensure you feed wiring through a few YouTube videos explain why, highly recommend

Follow-up  · More power than our previous well known brand stick vac, abit heavy but easy to clean, battery life appears longer, installing bracket tip - don’t forget to feed power cord through template first otherwise you have to remove bracket and install - I watched a few YouTube videos afterwards and wished I watched them first will save you time and frustration

Low suction – This vacuum is probably the worst Miele I’ve bought. I have other corded Miele vacuums (for business) that work beautifully and I love the brand. But this product should never have been released. I know I should be realistic about cordless vacuums, but the suction is hopeless even once you’ve cleaned all the filters etc. Takes about 3 go’s to get… Read more

the same result as the corded machines. I’ve had for a year and I’m now going to go and buy another corded machine. Don’t buy waste of money.

Best cordless vacuum – Fantastic cordless vacuum. I have a large house with hard floors, carpet and rugs, and also pets. It easily vacuums up everything I need it to and does the entire house in one charge. Easy to vacuum under furniture such as lounges and beds. Automatically adjusts the suction power to the surface you are on and the amount of dirt it is vacuuming. I… Read more

have had several cordless vacuums and this is by far the best one I have had. Charging dock mounts to the wall for easy docking and storage. Also has a spot for the attachments.

satisfying – I don't understand there's a lot of grumble about Miele's cordless stick. To me, most of the complaints come from unrealistic expectations. After all it's a stick on battery. This is the premise. Performance: adequate to daily quick jobs. you just need to clean the filters a little more often to maintain the optimum suction power. Battery… Read more

life: more than enough for 200m2 area with hard floor. Usually I only need eco mode as I clean filters often. trick: I use another Miele bag vacuums to clean the canister and filters. Perfect. I don't need Samsungs's stick with a seperate tower. Over engineered.

Ergonomics: Warning, This is the determining factor for me. The motor can be configured to the lower end. This means: 1) It can stand up without any support. This is soooo much easier to frequently leave it upright, walk away and move the chairs, clear the way, pick up legos, and come back to carry on. 2) better weight balance and less strains on my hand and arm.

Cleaning: spend 5 minutes to study the design and mechanism. I never find it's hard to take the filter out.

Sum it up, Miele is one of the best sticks. DO get the cat&dog or top tier with the light up vacuum head. Turn off all the lights and vacuum. satisfying.

Superb vacuum cleaner – Superb productI’ve had this for a few months now. Easy to use, well put together, quiet, very strong suction, very easy to clean and stands up by itself. Much better than previously owned Dysons in almost every way. It rarely even gets used on the high suction setting. One pass and carpets are cleaner than I have ever seen. Lastly, the way the… Read more ·  4

brush starts spinning on carpet surfaces and stops on hard surfaces automatically is brilliant. Great product. Highly recommend.

Way better than I expected from a stick vac – We picked up one of these during the black friday sales. If we didn't have 3 cats who shed like crazy and a house full of carpet, I'd be happy to have this as our only vacuum. It doesn't use bags, which was a bit of a surprise. Show details ·  1

Just Perfect – Purchased the Miele stick vacuum 5 months ago to replace a Bosch that was worn out. Best thing we ever did. Vaccum is light and easy to manoeuvre with plenty of power has now replaced a barrel vaccum as it does the same or better job on our mats. Highly recommended Show reply
