Bought this unit to use on our polished concrete floors and it is ineffective.It is heavy and cumbersome. Wish I hadn’t bought it. The wall mount is clumsy and the vac too difficult to mount. Emptying the unit puts dust everywhere and it’s very dirty. Hair constantly becomes caught in the brush. Have resorted to using our old Miele barrel vac. If I could return it I would!!

I bought this two years ago for over $800. It has always been very loud and heavy, and the filter could never be opened even after following YouTube instructions, which caused a bad smell. Now the machine has stopped working completely. Very disappointed with the quality. Not sure the exact modem - photo attached

Poor performer – After research purchased this stick vacuum. Very disappointed in both the long charging time and the weak pick up of grit. Should have bought a Dyson, at least it would have been up to the job.
