Terrible customer service and Bluetooth connectivity. Bought the product has lots of issues with Bluetooth connectivity one of the ear buds just kept dropping off I have an iPhone. Contacted support they sent through some troubleshooting that didn’t work I then asked for a refund and they basically stopped responding do not buy. Show details

Absolute garbage. False advertising at its best. Product doesn’t even come close to the advertised specs. Music plays for 1 second then buffers for 5 seconds. Was given instructions from mifo tech support to reset the ear pods and it made them worse. After 2 months of back and forth they agreed to let me send them back for a refund and was given a… Read more

shipping note. 2 months after I shipped them back still no refund. They don’t respond to emails and now I’ve done my $149. I have reported them to the ACCC.

Waste of money, thought I’d give them a go as supposedly an Australian company.delivery was supposed to be 2-4 day, was nearly 2 weeks (I’m about 20km from the supposed warehouse). No customer service. I have worn them for a day, constantly disconnecting, volume drops by itself, button controls are useless. Mifo took my money and sent f..call, tried to recover the money with zip $149 no luck they wanted nothing to do with it.. this company has been flagged by the Victorian Government for not delivering orders, scamming good people out of there hard to come by money.. loosing that money, especially at Christmas, my girl has left because she blames me for not checking I just went on there site all good reviews that have been flagged as paid for reviews and filter any negative ones.. thanks for reading this, just give this company a wide berth.. Mifo are on eBay now, ripping off more victims...under a fake name and address Vikas Yadav

So I again I reached out. I literally went through the same process again, ending with me again sending video and picture confirmation after I'd followed all their problem solving advice.

They clearly have no intention of honoring the warranty. As a consumer at this stage after reaching out to Mifo so many times there's only one last empowered choice..... let as many people as I can know that if you buy these ear buds and there is a fault, in my experience warranty will not be honored.

rectify the issue.

Smartware Australia takes several days to respond to refund or exchange requests and then failed to respond to NSW Dept Fair Trading when I lodged a complaint. My complaint remains unresolved.

I regret not seeing the bad reviews on this site and the warnings on NSW & VIC Consumer Affairs sites prior to purchasing. Essentially, I’m stuck with a paperweight. Do not purchase their earbuds.

Please check this before buying anything from MIFO. They promise 3-5 days shipping but omit to tell customers that it might take weeks for the item to be “ready to ship”. Attempts to get any sort of useful response to emails were futile and my bank is now chasing a refund on my behalf. Unreliable: hard to charge and sound is lower in one earbud – I loved the Mifo earbuds at first but they’ve become unreliable so sadly need to be replaced. They’ve always been hard to get both buds to charge; I have 2 other friends who have the same problem so appears to be a common fault. I put up with it as I have small ears and they fit so well even when running and, when they do charge, they’re great.… Read more

But sadly the sound in one of the earbuds now keeps going lower than the other and despite following the steps provided; the error keeps coming back. The buds are about 3 years old so maybe this is just their shelf life…..
