The colour is lovely but unfortunately it just doesn't cover grey roots I've left it on over an hour and my greys are still visible. So it's definitely a big no for me.

I think I had three deliveries we have no success.

What’s worse is that repairing the damage with a professional colourist ended up being quite expensive.

If you have greys and are considering this dye, I’d recommend skipping it — especially if you’ll need to spend even more to correct it later. Sometimes boxed dye just isn’t worth the gamble.

I have no idea how they have such good reviews on their social media. I can’t believe anyone’s had a good experience with this product. To top it off you have to really be sure your subscriptions and is as I keep getting debited and send products I don’t want and they asked to pay return post. Overall, I’m not impressed with this company or product.

For what they charge, it’s honestly not that much better than any other salon product, which you can buy a lot cheaper from most pharmacies or hair supply stores. a lighter red/copper stain. Definitely doesn’t give a natural result as claimed. The packaging is beautiful and their marketing is obviously amazing, but the product doesn’t live up to expectations. I won’t purchase again.
