Defective from first use and warranty wasn't fulfilled – Milwaukee fan forever but this item had a defective tank which leaked on first fill, didn't use it until 10 months after purchase. accept it which is partly my fault I will accept. Contacted Milwaukee and even after explaining I contacted them at 10 month point saying it was defective and it's brand new never had any use etc. they still wouldn't help out .. very disappointing.

Absolute crap – Very dissapointed, paid top dollar for a well known, well used brand and have nothing but bad things to say about this sprayer. Pressure kept lagging, leaked from bottom of sprayer (fixed twice with occurring problem). Do not buy this, go for a silvan (half the price, has hose problems buy..) has done me so much better than this over-priced piece of crap. Show details

Wouldn’t buy again – I purchased a Milwaukee, 18 V backpack sprayer with a switch tank without reading any reviews, both tanks leaked right from the start, and the pump runs occasionally I was really disappointed I do not recommend this product to anybody for the price I’ll pay for the sprayer and switch tank you think it would be flawless! Show details

reached someone they told me something is on back order, and left it at that..... when the first one finally came back it was leaking everywhere, so back to the warranty warehouse.... again waited weeks and heard nothing, I continued to call the warehouse 6 times before I finally got a hold of someone, he explained that they were overly busy, fine it is what it is. After waiting approx 2 months I finally received the first one back, it works now for the most part although sometimes you have to shake it around to get it to kick in...… 3 weeks later I finally got the second back, just had a note "hose damaged not a warranty item". This was most frustrating because the hose isn't the issue, the fact that it wont turn on or run even with a new battery in it is the problem..... so I took the hose off the "working one" to try and troubleshoot it for myself and same thing.... wont work at all.... so much for a warranty!!! so now we are out over $1600.00 and I'm left with one hunk of plastic that barley works, and another useless plastic paperweight. also when I called the warranty dep't they said "leave a number and ill call you back" that was over a month ago and I'm still waiting!

Would be a great product but!! – Has one big design fault. When wearing the backpack you tend to lean forward to balance. This raises the location of the fluid pickup meaning you can not use the last couple of litres. So you are carrying around a couple of Kilograms that can not be used. pickup to the human body side of the tank would fix this. Obviously designed to someone who has never used it or had no idea. Very poor form from Milwaukee.

Awesome not for long – Im an environmental landscaper and organic farmer.. I spend lots of time with sprayers on my back.. water and tested.. Looked the goods until i returned to see it sitting in a puddle of water.. Yep she leaked.. The made in china sticker has me suspect of the quality of components and assembly of this kit. Anyway i have another new replacement on the way....Such a shame they cant get it right because while it was working it was awesome to use.

Ok in due time it stopped working – This was a very good product till it stopped working. I'm informed that there has been a product recall, which I'm yet to follow up on. So until that is resolved I do not recomend this product. Show details
