on imports and told no all made in Australia. I repeated I just want an idea how long and whether it is worth waiting or not and was again told marketing team will notify etc etc. I asked to speak to marketing team. Told no the marketing team will notify...

If these are locally made, then it should not be hard to say when an item is being manufactured. Disappointed however, I won't be buying from this company, especially given previous reviews.

taking so long.

I accepted the new color they offered and they were supposed to have been shipped last week and I still don’t have them. I called them yesterday and they had no updates for me. I was told they would have been sorted out on Monday last week. I was supposed to get an email update from Marius today and still nothing.

Very poor service and expensive and I expected better.

Outstanding Cistomer Service – I bought a raised garden beds, which was missing an end caps. I emailed The Organic Garden Co, and my email was answered the same day. Just the right size – We live on a small block and have now purchased 6 of these raised garden beds - bought 3 and then went back and got another 3. They allow us to have a good garden without taking up too much room. Ordered a garden organic bed through them. Took 2 weeks to be sent but parts were missing. Contacted them, and they sent parts 3 days later, but sent wrong parts. Seriously disappointed of the incompetency of the company. They can't do a basic quality check of the parts they are sending. Avoid them, I made a big mistake of buying from them. Show details

Disgraceful service from this company – We bought an L shaped garden ned and a matching 2 metre bed for a feature at the front of our home. The two metre one is 50 cm wide and the L shape is 55 cm wide. The company seemed to not care that these do not match. To supply 2 55 cm end pieces to make them match was going to cost us $138!! Missing Part of Purchase – After sending email about a missing part of a garden bed I purchased, Tom sent through details he needed to send me a replacement part. Emails were responded to quickly and professionally. Tom dispatched my replacement part today. Good product, very easy to assemble – A good product, my only suggestion is that a thin carboard sheet be placed over the large side metal sheets before the shorter end sheets are placed on top along with the corners and caps in the package. Some very minor scratching is evident on the side panels due to the smaller items sliding over them in transport and handling. Show reply

honesty, the assistance that was provided was very impressive. It has been a very long time since I came across a customer service desk that made liaising with them a good experience. Both ladies were very cooperative, patient and most importantly very efficient.

to replace 6mm nuts from mu own stock but sadly I could not find a work-around for the 4 missing corner tops. Rather than going back to Bunnings I phoned Absco and Spoke with Sarah. She was great, she knew what I was talking about and agreed to get replacement corner tops in the mail the next day, which she did, and they arrived here in Perth just over a week later. Unreliable service – The entire experience with the Organic Garden Co was ruined by their service. The product is no better or worse than most out there. But the support by the company was near to non-existent. I ordered before Christmas three planter beds as a gift. The website said I had ample time. The delivery did not arrive. Ruining Christmas.
