I wish I’d seen the reviews here before spending this much money. The quilt isn’t warm at all, very thin. We originally got their SleepBetter king one from HS and couldn’t even get through a single night with it. I was first blamed for not knowing what a wool quilt feels like … To be fair their customer service did agree to send us the Thermal one as a replacement and said this one is slightly warmer but it took a week of cold winter and we had to cover the hassle and cost of returning the first one. We were also told they wouldn’t accept a return if we went ahead with the swap. I just think maybe they should’ve just told us keep both to put on top of each other since the new thermal one unfortunately was no better. Still freezing at night Also some weird itchiness with the new one… disappointed.

Waste of Money – I purchased one of these quilts assuming if I paid $400 for a quilt “on sale” it would be warm. It was ok for the first few years but now it is so thin and let’s in patches of cold air. We had to use another doona on top just to be able to sleep. There is no way it is the 450 rating it claims. It was ok in the middle of summer but still has a really assymetrical feel about the way it warms. I ended up buying a $50 cheap quilt from Target & we are finally sleeping well & warm at night. I returned my Mini Jumbuk to Adairs & was advised there is nothing wrong with it. This is so insulting & disappointing. I will never purchase from this company again.

Purchased at Adairs for $400.

Hi Libby MiniJumbuk prides itself on manufacturing high quality Australian wool bedding and it is always disappointing to hear from a dissatisfied customer.

Sleep temperature is a personal thing, influenced by many factors including bedroom temperature, climate, bedding clothing and whether or not you sleep with a partner. As sleep temperature varies so widely between individuals our product names and descriptions are intended as a guide within our range.

If you could please send an email to help@minijumbuk.com.au we will have one of our customer service team contact, you.

I’m still using this horrible quilt. It is great in Summer as its patchy filling keeps me cool. Now that the nights are getting cooler we are freezing it it again. It is not as individual heating preference issue. I changed the cover this am and it is completely transparent in some patches & the filling has kind of bunched up. Time to get out the cheap but warm evenly filled Target Quilt which was less than a 1/4 of the price of this Jumbuk one.

Not any warmer than our summer quilt – We forked out for this expensive quilt and are still freezing. It's not any warmer than our summer quilt. Don't waste your money

Purchased at David Jones Retail Stores.

Hi Jasmine, sorry to hear you feel that way about our Thermal Quilt. I believe we were in contact with you last week.

Love it!! – Purchased this after lots of research for a warm quilt to get us through the cold Tassie weather! On opening it did initially have a “sheep” smell to it but being pure wool we did expect that. We aired it for a few days and the smell was all but gone. It’s extremely warm and cozy , no need for a electric blanket with this on the bed! Happy with our purchase.

Purchased in for $400.

Not for Victorians! – I saw a recommendation online and was so happy to buy a luxurious Minijumbuk king Thermal to replace my down quilt - especially it being the warmest in the range. The delivery from Amazon was really quick. When taking out the quilt we noticed the smell some reviews have, but it wasn’t that unacceptable after airing and putting on the quilt cover. However what is upsetting is it is not warm at all, being light is fine but not able to keep warm is not okay... we had the heater on and put on an extra cover on top to give it another go, still not warm enough for Melbourne temperature. I’m pretty disappointed to spend $400 for a winter quilt that’s not warm..

Purchased in at Amazon for $400.
