Pretty good for the price – One room of the house was without reverse cycle heating and was quite cold during winter. The oil heater had died so needed a replacement. Chose this from Bunnings. Good price. It looks good and doesn't take up much space. Oscilating air is helpful, and the remote. Easy to use and does the job for one small room.
