Mistral 25L Multifunction Air Fryer Oven

My second 25 litre Mistral airfryer died tonight . Not even a year old ,as was the 1 st to go. Won't be replacing it with the same again. !! Show details

very poor – Well the worst product I have ever purchased first unit did not last 12 months ( 10 ) unit was replaced and second unit lasted 8 months of course the model is now discontinued ?? @ $149.00... no replacement or refund , ...........never to buy a Mistral item again ....... Show details

Not happy – I found the way it operates with the press button turn dial was not user-friendly, and it completely died. Two months out of warranty. It did cook the food okay I’m just very upset that it died two months out of warranty Show details

Excellent customer service – Poor Mistral have taken a fair bit of flak because of blown globes in the unit. Great versatile Air fryer – Very versatile, Multiple trays, Crispy fries, Bakes muffins etc, Much quicker than oven, Easy to clean, Portable to take on holidays/caravan, Easy to clean, Had no problems, Value for money Show details

I can live and eat with out it – This is the worse machine we have wasted money on, the way the manual tells you to set it up is not working, setting the rotate, air fry and temp will not work but it will only let you oven. I would not recommend and wish I could take it back. Show details

You can buy better! – First air fryer purchase. Average build quality - door not correctly aligned. Light bulb blew after 2 months - nothing in the manual regarding replacement. More like a mini oven than air fryer. Will buy a more reputable brand next time. Show details

The best no complaints here – This oven is brilliant cooked frozen chicken nuggets they come up the best,10mins,pork chops yummo,pastries with feta cheese 10mins this little beauty can cook as good as the more expensive ones,give it a go,one thing is my globe blew but you can get them online but you will love it,cost 99 Australian dollars purchased from Australian post love it  Show details

Contacted supplier/importer GSM Retail Ltd based here in Adelaide - no info on part, no service available under warrantly - just said buy a globe online - couldn't even tell me size of halogen bul (which come in various sizes) very unhelpful, in fact a waste of a phone Then contacted AusPost online support -they will accept the product for a return -shame because it used to work quite well but now useless to mum because she cant see how food is cooking Chinese imports use parts which are illegal for purchase and importation into Australia so how did this oven receive AS/NZS 60335.1 and 60335.2.9
