Cheap Rubbish – This dishwasher doesn't even wash the dishes properly. After the full wash cycle, I have to wash most of the dishes again. Now it is stuck on the wash cycle only-can't leave it running while away from the house or it will wash all day! It was in the house when we bought it, but I will be replacing it soon.

Terrible – rubbish dishwasher, rubbish service avoid like the plague. cost $121 to repair with A $30.00 heat regulator.First time covered by warr. second time 6 months later no response to a number of warr. inquiries. Will never purchase a mistral product again price servicalility is poor.Broken down twice customer service is poor will not clean to an acceptable standard

Terrible – Well, like most people who bought this dishwasher I got sucked in by the warranty and price. Mistral warranty service is poor to non existant so please dont let that influence you. Even at $399 this dishwasher is a poor purchase. I will never ever buy a mistral white good appliance again after seeing the performance of a Mistral Air Con unit and Dishwasher. The saying you get what you pay for is not quite true with Mistral. With their products you get far less than what you pay for! It was cheap I have had this Dishwasher for 2 years now. It is very fussy about how plates and glasses placed to get a decent wash. Even then it is expert at baking junk on some items.Compared to my last dishwasher it is very poor.

Terrible – I bought a house that came with this dishwasher installed (still in waranty) as above, the dishwasher stopped heating up and thus failed to progress through the cycle correctly. After spending half my day off tracking down mistral they said they would have a service contractor call me. This neaver happened and after reading up seems like a pointless exersize as the dishwashers tend to repeat the fault within a few months and servicing is just as hard to get second time round.

I am now attempting to remove faulty heater element myself and replace with equivelent.

Is broken and service is near impossible.
