Returning mine to the store – Don't waste your money. Mine stopped during the first batch and wouldn't start again. Mixture was still runny and motor was very hot.

Stops prematurely – The manual suggests that the machine will turn off automatically once the mixture reaches a certain thickness, but ours seems to stop in under 20 minutes while the mixture is still a very runny liquid. Need to then wait for a while before it can be resumed. Not the greatest - but the old adage "you get what you pay for" may be apt in this circumstance. Cheap Stops prematurely

Perfect Christmas gifts – I purchased three Mistral Ice Cream Makers as Christmas gifts for my daughter and daughters in law. I have had glowing reports of how delicious they have found the ice cream and what fun it is to make. I cannot wait to taste the results for myself. something wrong – its not very good don't buy this go for a better one .this one stopped in the middle of its cycle and did not start until 13 minutes later. You are wasting your money when you buy this find a better quality one for better results.But it is very easy and simple to use simple to use didn't work well ,stopped in the middle took more than 40 minutes
