Excellent! – This is the first ducted R/C system that I that had but so far it has performed flawlessly. We have a 4 bedroom, split level, large house in Adelaide. On days that were 37 degrees C+ we had it set on 24 degrees and it was chilly inside. Some visitors even had to go outside to warm up. It is expensive to run though, as are all ducted reverse cycle air conditioners. However, it does a good job! Similarly with heating. For me it is too hot when left on for too long. In a nutshell, great unit but expensive to run.

Too expensive to run – Really check out the amount of power per hour a system uses prior to purchasing.......I asked and never got a true answer........never buy ducted again............this system costs $4 per hour to run cooling based on power @ 28c per kw.......... multiply kw of system by how much your power is per
