Mizu Stream Sink Mixer Tap

Scam. Misleading warranty – Purchased this tap 15 months ago and is leaking the same place as everyone here has stated. Reece informed me that only the outside of the tap has the 10 year warranty and the working parts only have 1 year. Not good enough for a $500 tap. Will never shop there again. this product. The builder chose this tap for us originally and apparently it is a ‘waterfall’ type flow which is popular at the moment. This may be good in a shower but not in a kitchen sink!

(Original review) I looked up reviews to check I was not going mad. Despite using many different types of taps over my many years of life, the architect questioned how we were using it! If you buy this tap, everyone who uses it will complain and you will spend your time clearing water from every surface as (my opinion) the spout is too short.

Water splashing everywhere – We bought this tap for its looks but we also have trouble with water going everywhere & constantly having to wipe down benches. It doesn’t matter if the water flow is fast or slow water everywhere every time. Seriously considering changing taps.

Dreadful Tap! – We selected this tap from Reece Bathrooms for our kitchen in our new build. In the showroom, the facility to test how the tap performed was not available so our selection was made purely on aesthetics. Big mistake. I returned to Reece to report the problem and was told that there haven't been any other complaints so we'd have to buy another tap. The salesperson did put me in contact with Mizu and I spoke to a representative who, after quizzing me on my tap using technique (I'm not sure how you could incorrectly use a tap), informed me that as the tap was not faulty, there was nothing they could suggest other than buying a new tap. I'm still searching for a tap to replace it that has the same dimensions so our bench top need not be modified. Do not purchase this product!
