Coffee is my life. I neeeeeed this coffee – I love this coffee. It's the only coffee I drink and coffee means so much to start my day with and I can't believe it has been discontinued. Please bring it back or tell us where we can still purchase this. Please don't take this coffee away. Show details

The taste has changed – The last few cans I've bought of this coffee have tasted awful. I am sure the coffee has changed from what was a decent taste to one I won't be buying again. Show details

Strong and intense it is definitely not – I normally drink Moccona freeze dried coffee and its great. I bought a can of this product to try, without realising it wasn’t freeze dried. It is weak and limp tasting and fails to live up to its claims. To be honest if this was served up blind I would guess it was the cheapest no name brand you could buy. Wouldn’t purchase again. Show details

I absolutely love this coffee! – Moccona Reserve Crema is the only instant coffee that I enjoy and look forward to. I'm very sad it has been taken off the shelf. Why???? Can Moccona please reconsider and bring it back. Show details

Bring back Moccona Crema – Ive tracked the last few cans available of this excellent blend now taken off the shelves. Bring it back please. The new blend in the smaller can going by the same name is not the same coffee. Ive bought a few cans and dont like. Moccona please bring the old recipe back. My favourite all time blend Show details

Disappointed – Not impressed- maybe I was expecting too much as I am normally a spoilt Lavazza coffee drinker. This coffee tastes like a weak version of International Roast that I drank when broke at uni - I tried a larger spoonful but didn't help. Don't trust coffee in dust form anyway: kinda like drinking the sweepings. p.s. normally like other Moccona products. Moved here in 1989 from coffee-drinking Canada. Show details

Why reduce the size? – I don't understand why the larger container of this coffee has been reduced to a smaller can??? It's the same coffee. And it's more expensive for a smaller can!!! Who makes these marketing and product decisions. Ask customers, that's your best feedback. I understand if you want to change the packaging, but why reduce the size??? Can't you have both if it's that important???

Perfect coffee – Moccona crema is the best instant coffee ☕️ have had since living in OZ. Now it’s off the shelves and what will I do. All the other coffees give me reflux and that’s why I don’t mind paying the full price. It’s creamy, right strength and wonderful flavour. Please bring it back.

Yuck :( – Tastes like aeroplane coffee. I do not find it rich, aromatic or full bodied despite these claims on the label. Glad I got it half price but still not worth $9. I will be giving this away to family and going back to Aldi dark roast for my instant coffee. Show details

Love this coffee – Love this coffee, It tastes like the original M no 5 before its flavour changed and went all bitter. It needs TWO teaspoons in one cup but other than that I enjoy it. I find the price is WAY overpriced for $18.00 AUD per 175gram tin but when it goes on special half price I am willing to pay this price. I still find that its expensive for the… Read more

amount of coffee you actually get but i feel I have no choice. Its the best Mocconna coffee out there in my opinion.

I love this coffee when it is on sale – Love this coffee. Only buy it when it is on sale. Would recommend to anyone who likes a less bitter coffee. As I said it's only good value when on sale however

Every day enjoyment – I have been drinking this brand of coffee for a couple of years now. I used two moderately heaped teaspoons and finish off with a good dash of pouring cream. This instant coffee does actually produce a pretty decent crema on top. I would prefer the consistency of this coffee experience than the hit and miss activity of the Melbourne barista scene. (And every few months it drops to half price @$9 so I stock up making it incredible value). Show details

Does not live up to my expectation – It is weak and watery, lack of aroma. Does not worth the premium price you pay for this product. Feel cheated by the advertisement. Fail to live up to my expectations. Show details

The best instant coffee I've tried! – I love this instant coffee! It's the best I've ever tried. At first I thought it had somewhat of a peculiar taste - it wasn't bad at all, just not the normal 'instant coffee taste' maybe because that's what I was expecting but it tasted more like a coffee you would get from a cafe. Definitely worth a try! Show details

For an instant coffee, it’s a good morning brew! – Sometimes when a bloke wants to treat himself to a “fancy” morning coffee without the big price tag, he just needs to spoil himself right? That’s what I’ve got with the Crema blend right here! Now I can boil the billy and read the paper while feeling as if a barista has served my morning fix and warmed my slippers! It’s that good! The crema… Read more

title is no lie either, it’s definitely a thicker brew than the old number 5!

Don’t tell the wife that I like it, she might find herself out of business in the mornings I can sneak this bad boy in ;-)

Highly recommended!

Enjoy!

Surprisingly really nice as a long black – I don't like moccona classic so I was a bit hesitant trying this. Surprisingly really nice as a long black for Instant coffee at home or work at a reasonable price. Will buy again Show details

International Roast? – Really awful "95% instant coffee 5% arabica" ? Fine powdered junk. Don't buy. What are you doing Moccona, devaluing your brand with this rubbish? Baristas must be choking on thier Blend 43 Show details

Woeful – I recognise everyone has different tastes in coffee, so you may not agree with my review. I tried the Moccona Barista Reserve after years of drinking (and liking) the more standard Moccona product when I could not get something made by a barista. As instant coffee goes, the Moccona in the glass jar is the best instant out there IMO. So, based… Read more

on the advertising, it looked like it could be a step up from the normal stuff. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. It is worse than Blend 43 or some generic coffee- I have tasted better coffee on an airplane- the horrible aftertaste lingered for at least an hour afterwards. Just don't- stick with the normal Moccona.

Substitute Coffee for Nescafé Barista Smooth – Following Nescafé removal of its lovely Barista Smooth, I tried Nescafé Gold Smooth which has an awful taste. I've found the perfect substitute for Nescafé Barista Smooth, it's Moconna Barista Reserve Crema. At $18 for a 175g tin, it's value for money and comes in very close to cafe style coffee, an absolutely beautiful coffee to start the day with.
