Moebot does a decent job for 2-3 yrs. After sales service is poor.

Today on 15 April 2026, its 2 and a half months, and it has been so long since I have placed the order without any communication/response from the company. And now, in spite of trying to reach the company through the call centre, and separately raising the ticket, there is no response.
2. Moebot trades under different names like Robotmylife, moebot, etc.
3. They do not provide the invoice of the spare parts purchased. A customer can only see the order details.
4. The website does not show their office address.
5. The customer care consists of a robot who replies, no human interaction.
I purchased a Moebot S20 more than two years ago. It was working fine until this spring when it moves to a certain area of my back lawn (basically a patch of ca 30x60m right in the middle of the lawn), it stops. half an hour. When it is sitting in the middle of the lawn, I have to pick it up and move it to somewhere else to start again. I have to hand mow that patch to keep the grass down as Moebot for some reasons does not like to work there. Have sent emails to Moebot and no response received. Not sure what can I do to fix the problem. Also purchased a battery last November, it never arrives. Again they are not replying emails regarding estimated delivery time. I now would like to cancel this order. Any advice will be appreciated.
The customer service from Moebot is terrible. The delivery took ages to receive the unit. We recently ordered parts on their Black Friday Sale and 3 months later they still have not turned up and emails not replied to. Show details
Horrible quality, horrible customer service – I've had a Moebot S20 for over two years now. From the time I ordered the robot to now, I have not had a single positive interaction with this company. off, completely, just dangling down from the robot. I sent it back for repair. They said they would get it back to me in 14 days. It took 3.5 months, at least 50 phone calls and 10 emails before I got the robot back. Two weeks after I got the robot back, the front wheel fell off. The wheel is not listed on their website. I called them - they told me to buy wheel for another robot and just put in the comment that I need a front wheel for S20!!! Makes no sense, but I did it. That was 4/4/2024. Seven months and many emails and phone calls later, they told me the wheel was covered under warranty and I didn’t have to pay. It’s 2025, and I still haven’t received the wheel or the refund for the money I shouldn’t have paid. I have called and emailed them many many times. Nothing. They’re ignoring me, while the robot collects dust in the shed!
Do not buy anything from these folks, unless you really enjoy a lot of pain.
Charging current too low fix – I’ve getting “charging current is too low” recently, after owning for 2 years. I have clean the charging plates, brushes the connector that connect to the plates with bristle brush, it helps for a week and the issue reoccurring. This time I think I figured out further, it is the wire clipper has been builded up with corrosion too. As attached photos, I submerged it with vinegar, and so far it now charging. Moebot lost in post – Love our moebot. Aust Post lost it but the customer service department had another one sent out a.s.a.p. and followed up to make sure it had arrived and we were happy!! Show details
My robot army makes my lawn look incredible – My moebots are great. They run around every day making sure my yard looks amazing. It's never left too long, never cut too low. The grass stays healthier from the regular trimming and weeds can't get a hold. Best decision ever to get my weekends back.
