I purchased an Ambrogio at a charity event thinking I was doing something good for the community and was very excited about getting a robot mower. I wish I never purchased this item because you are at the mercy of their installers and the installers in my area don't know how to install this product. It hasn't worked once - not once. The original installer said he was coming to fix it and didn't. I had to call the company and they sent someone else. He admitted he isn't properly trained so I purchased an expensive machine with a warranty and can

I have spent nearly a year trying to get the company to stand behind it's product and/or refund me and even though they have admitted it's an installer issue, they pass me from person to person and I have not gotten a remedy. I couldn't be more disappointed in the integrity of this company and would caution anyone from purchasing this product. I wish I could weigh in on how the mower works, but since it hasn't mowed my yard once, I'd say it's a fail. I will keep going up the ladder and exhaust all avenues to ensure others are warned and that this situation is remedied.
Excellent mower
We own a l250 elite+ for nearly 3 months now. It is great solid product . We were always doubtful about the effectiveness of automowers and researched most of all mowers in the market. L250 has done an amazing job and does everyday . Land size we use is about 1.5 acres and it does a great job and keeps the lawn in awsome green carpet kinda finish look. Customer service / after sales is very good. Stuart is always avaliable and happy to help you. Overall very happy with L250+

It’s just fantastic!
We purchased our Amrogio in December 2021, so it’s had some time to prove itself. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
We have a reasonably large area of kikuyu lawn which used to be mowed weekly (didn’t have the time for more frequent mowing) with our catcherless ride-on. We also used to rake the clippings a shocking job anytime, but worse in the summer heat! Hence, we were looking for an easier alternative and this purchase has fit the bill perfectly.

... Read morematted carpet. The mower is now our lawn maintenance system. Because the mower frequently trims very small amounts of grass there are no visible clippings. The cut grass just mulches back into the lawn. As a result, we have noticed a marked improvement in the health of our entire lawn. There’s less reliance on fertiliser and there are no weeds! The mower is a very sturdily built unit with a handy app available as an option to set the mowing parameters, areas and schedule. It can also be used to operate the mower remotely. The app is very user friendly. Our mower re-charges in its neat little docking station during the day when our roof-top solar power is available, so there are no ongoing running costs for the unit. My review wouldn’t be complete without recognising the fantastic support and after sales service we received from Stuart at Roboworld. Getting our area set up required a bit of tweaking so that the mower could function well…and nothing was too much trouble for Stuart. His attention to detail, punctuality and reliability ensured we had a stressless introduction to the world of robo-mowing! Thanks Stuart. PS Before we purchased our Ambrogio, we researched other makes. After comparing, this brand came up as superior in build quality and functionality. We have certainly not been disappointed with our choice and would highly recommend Ambrogio to anyone looking for a great results on their lawn.
The best way to mow acreage lawns
Mows the lawn accurately and reliably. This is the brand you want, built by a company that excels in commercial grade robotics.
Just far superior to a ride on mower. It's gentle on the grass, doesn't damage irrigation equipment or anything else around the lawn. Trims a small amount off the top of the grass regularly, resulting in a much better lawn than hitting it hard with a ride on every few weeks. Quiet, efficient, and a cute little robot too. Recharges itself in its own little garage.
This is the future of lawn keeping, makes much more sense than the alternatives.

I didn’t mow my acre lawn since 2018

Since when we purchased the Ambrogio L250 Elite S+ on 2018 my lawn has been taken care of perfectly. The quality of the grass has greatly improved after 2 months and it turned from a paddock lawn into a nice carpet of grass. The robot has been working just a few days per week for 7 hours with a single charge which is amazing. Also with a cheap service once a year it’s been mowing smoothly even on my fast growing couche grass.
Amazing product. I would recommend it to anyone.

I contacted Stuart for some technical support and installation tips, he went above and beyond to help me with software updates & installation tips including sending drawings to make things very clear and easy to understand. The best after sales support I've ever experienced & the Ambrogio L210 is doing a great job, I'm looking forward to seeing how well the lawn comes up in spring!

Turned the chore of cutting grass into automated everlasting beautiful lawn.
Thank you Stuart from Roboworld and the team. This Ambrogio robot mower would be one of the best purchases I've made.
From the day you guys had my robot mower installed, my lawn has never looked better. The grass always looks great with the consistent cut and carpet like finish.
What I have noticed over time is that I have far less weeds now and the grass has become much more dominate.
I am not very IT savvy but once I got my head around the app, it's quite easy to use and change the mowing schedule.
Cutting the grass is no longer a job I need to worry about.

when are you guys going to design one with a catcher ?
Hi Nina, due the frequency of mowing there is no need to collect the clippings, as they are very small and quickly break down to act as fertilizer for the grass. Read a bit more here: https://roboworld.com.au/the-benefits-of-mulching/
