installer said he was coming to fix it and didn't. I had to call the company and they sent someone else. He admitted he isn't properly trained so I purchased an expensive machine with a warranty and can't get anyone to help me. I have spent nearly a year trying to get the company to stand behind it's product and/or refund me and even though they have admitted it's an installer issue, they pass me from person to person and I have not gotten a remedy. I couldn't be more disappointed in the integrity of this company and would caution anyone from purchasing this product. I wish I could weigh in on how the mower works, but since it hasn't mowed my yard once, I'd say it's a fail. I will keep going up the ladder and exhaust all avenues to ensure others are warned and that this situation is remedied.

in the summer heat! Hence, we were looking for an easier alternative and this purchase has fit the bill perfectly.

Over the time we’ve had this mower, it has transformed our lawn into an even, nicely matted carpet. The mower is now our lawn maintenance system. Because the mower frequently trims very small amounts of grass there are no visible clippings. The cut grass just mulches back into the lawn. As a result, we have noticed a marked improvement in the health of our entire lawn. There’s less reliance on fertiliser and there are no weeds!

The mower is a very sturdily built unit with a handy app available as an option to set the mowing parameters, areas and schedule. It can also be used to operate the mower remotely. The app is very user friendly. Our mower re-charges in its neat little docking station during the day when our roof-top solar power is available, so there are no ongoing running costs for the unit.

My review wouldn’t be complete without recognising the fantastic support and after sales service we received from Stuart at Roboworld. Getting our area set up required a bit of tweaking so that the mower could function well…and nothing was too much trouble for Stuart. His attention to detail, punctuality and reliability ensured we had a stressless introduction to the world of robo-mowing! Thanks Stuart.

PS Before we purchased our Ambrogio, we researched other makes. After comparing, this brand came up as superior in build quality and functionality. We have certainly not been disappointed with our choice and would highly recommend Ambrogio to anyone looking for a great results on their lawn.

the grass has become much more dominate. I am not very IT savvy but once I got my head around the app, it's quite easy to use and change the mowing schedule. Cutting the grass is no longer a job I need to worry about.
