Moki Exo Prime

Service beyond expectations – I bought these on special at Woolies and was really surprised at the quality and comfort, given the price. Everything worked fine, but after a (long) while the plastic on the ear muffs started to flake off a bit. I emailed Moki about buying new ear muffs, but the service people (thanks Pina) said give us your address and we will send you a replacement pair - which arrived within two days! Outstanding service :) Highly recommended all round. Show details
AVOID – Stopped working after 3 days of casual, safe use (in bed at night) undamaged, worked with laptop and phone. Rang the provided customer service number which has been disconnected. Sent an email to company through their support website but it would only send if I agreed to promote product Show details
Excellent customer service – My husband is very happy with the quality and comfort of the headphones. Emailed Moki after one earphone lost sound. We had a replacement set in 2 working days. EXCELLENT!! Show details
Work, avg quality – Good average quality headset, long battery/recharge life HOWEVER, they hurt your ears after longer use and you can sweat with them, even if you are not doing much which makes them uncomfortable and hurtful Show details
Good quality – The moki EXO head phones are of great quality. They are built to withstand a few drops, they have a great quality ear cushion for longer use. The recharge is quick and very easy for younger kids to be able to do as well. My son uses it for his IPAD and it has great sound Show details
High quality. Low cost – I was expecting to have to pay close to $100 for wireless headphones of this quality, but I managed to get these for $30. They do everything I'd expect from higher cost headphones. I can easily get through the week between charges. The sound quality is amazing. Quality of sound in phone calls isn't perfect, but I'm happy to take them off for a phone call. Show details

A completely hidden GEM of a headset – I've spent a long time with a whole lot of different audio devices and honestly these headphones blew me out of the water. I managed to get these for $30 on sale at my local Woolworths and I really wasn't expecting much, I didn't recognize the brand but I just needed some headphones. After a short time famoloarising myself with the device, I… Read more
discovered that the audio quality of the speakers was immaculate, the bass is clear and undistorted, the treble is sharp and crystal, and the comfort of the headphones themselves are excellent.
The build quality of the device is also insane for the price, the external cup centres and headband are both bade out of metal, presumably aluminium but it is weighty so it could be steel, the fabric on the inside is soft and tight as to help sound get through, and the cups themselves are comfortable enough to wear while doing sporting activities.
This device also had a microphone, invisible, it is located right next to the 3.5mm audio jack input, and is reasonably clear, it's noise cancellation is a bit intrusive, but it's distance from the mouth means very natural sound and no pops.
The Bluetooth connectivity is excellent, 10m, I got it to 13 before it cut out, very good.
It is extremely loud, 110db, capable of hurting your ears with some music so that's excellent.
All in all this device is well worth $30, I would have paid $70 easily, so crisp and clean.
Pros:
-Excellent sound quality (20hz-20000hz)
-Very loud (110db)
-Reasonable and convenient microphone
-Comfortable
-A perfect weight
-Bluetooth is very accurate (roughly 0.6 second delay)
-Convenient controls and functions (Skip songs, device volume, call recents, pause/play media)
-Excellent build quality
-Literally the best value for your money out of any other device
Cons:
-When very quiet you can hear LED circuitry noises faintly (periodic faint beeping and buzzing)
-Takes too long to turn off (hold for around 3-4 seconds)
Comments:
-Buttons are very loud and clicky responsive
-Headset is weighty (roughly 200g)

Awful – Got them home and charged them up, then couldn't pair them with any device. My devices couldn't even find them after scanning for ages. I don't know what I was doing wrong. The instruction sheet was of no help whatsoever, and going on to the Moki website to find more information was useless. I guess I should have known better and just forked out extra money for a good brand. What a waste of money. Show details
Great bass – Excellent bass and treble came through clear and distortionless. They fit great without rhe head-piece slipping, and it doesn't require contant adjusting. I have owned high end headphones before and rhesw blow them out of the water when it comes to value for money. Would highly recommend them any day Show details
It's great! For about 12 seconds – Bought these brand new and the sound quality is fantastic and they are super comfortable, but after any time period between 12-20 seconds there is a screeching noise and it disconnects to the device. Not sure if mine is just faulty but I don't want to risk buying another pair... Show details
Surprisingly good. Good value for money. Best under $50 – I wasnt expecting much. I needed some wireless headphones for the gym that i wasnt scared of getting damaged. Sound quaility is suprisingly good for a under $50 headphone (woolworths australia special $40). Good sound quality that is acceptable for listening to music and loud enough (up to 110db) (60-90db confortable) so that you dont need sound… Read more
canceling.
Does become uncomfortable after an hour or so on the ears. It is a on the ear type not over type so be aware if tou have large ears. cusioning is cheap which contributes to the short term comfort.
Great value for under $50. If your tossing up between this and a $100 or more headphone and you only ever planning on using for an hour at a time. Then its definitely worth the buy. I also have a $200 on ear sony i compared sound quality and honestly after a few minutes into the song you cant tell the difference between the two (maybe the your brain adjusts?)
Great value, hold onto the reciept, woolworths will replace with 12 month defect warranty.(so they say)
Very Comfortable Bluetooth headset – Have always used earphones when out walking before and just bought my first headset: so really have no others to compare it to. However I find the Moki Exo Prime is everything I need: great sound and very comfortable to wear. The recharge point is a bit fiddly to use, as are the controls when you actually have the headset on, but not too much of a problem for me. Show details

Excellent – I purchased this headset because it was cheaper than the others. So I really didn't have too high a expectation. I have to say that it was the best purchase I ever made. I wear it to the gym and connect to my iPod via Bluetooth.the sound quality is amazing and I can even change songs by pushing S button on my headset. Connects easily to my iPod. I highly recommend it Show details
Awesome – Still 5star even there's no jack cable. Show details
First Set Broke Second OK – Got these at the supermarket and at first was really pleased with them but after a few weeks one side stopped working. I had a hard time getting them changed over because I didn't have the receipt but eventually they did. The new set are working well with no problems. These do very good sound quality for the price. Not sure about quality control or length of service life but they are cheap. Show details
Really Good For Movies – Didn't know the brand so it was a bit of a punt - but it paid off . These are great! They have a really full and rich sound and provide good isolation without being too bassy (a pet hate of mine). I mostly use them for watching movies and I am totally happy with them. I forget I have them on so I guess they are very comfortable. A good buy. Show details
Much Better Than I Thought – These tuned out great. They were a bit of a mystery buy because I didn't know the brand but I jumped in because they were on special for $35 but the luck went my way and they are good. Wearing them for long periods is fine - they don't bother me at all and the sound quality is good. O wont say 'stellar' but very decent. More than adequate foe movies and music. Wireless connection is strong and they pair up easily. Good cheap heaphones Show details
This is awesome. Highly recommended! – Got mine months ago, and still works perfectly! Why spend so much money when this works just as good as any quality headphones. I use it everyday to and from work, and so affordable I got one for a mate. Comfortably fits and even fall asleep with it on. Would buy another one :-) Show details
Love them! – Bought these today. $50 reduced to $30 at woolies. Was just wanting wireless ones for the bus in the morning. Charged them up in no time at home. Easily bluetoothed to my phone, partner's phone and both our laptops. Great sound, full 10 metre coverage. Great product for the price. Very happy with them. Have never bought a Moki product and I would definitely buy again. Show details
