The seeds – Lovely bread, pity that the grains, which do not digest very easily, May have caused a great many people to develop Diverticulitis. I am sure that is why I have this disease, as I didn't have it before I began eting this lovely bread. Wish we could have the same bread but without the grains and seeds. Wholemeal bread - another alternative - is too solid and doesn't taste the same. The consistency and taste See in the Opinion box

Good – this is a great choice for everyone, it has a great taste and also all the goodness and fibre that you miss out on with white bread. It has alot of fibre stays fresh for such a long time, keeps in the fridge well for a week. Full of whole grains, the brown bread isn't bleached like white bread is. the bread is quite tasty, not boring like other brown breads. Contains alot of dietary insoluble fibre which promotes a healthy bowel. Keeps you fuller than when you have white bread. the price has increased significantly recently. Used to be only around $2.50 per loaf, now almost $5
