How to delete things on it

I need help setting this watch up. I CANNOT bind the watch to the app. I activated the sim, set up an account, connected the bluetooth, add device by bluetooth code, put the code in, put the wifi password etc in, the watch says ‘wifi connected’, the app says ‘cannot connect, try again later’. I cant go any further then this. I have tried a thousand times and now i am frustrated!! Please help!!

Jaide, I’m really sorry you never read the reviews (same as me) about this Company. I would stay away from Moochies. It was the worst decision I made buying that watch for my child. You won’t get customer support, as they only have an email which is never replied to. I’ve only just been able to get into the APP (very clunky) to delete my account after almost 2 months. I returned my watch and received a full refund from Big W, but Moochies continued to debit my credit card even after requesting a SIM cancellation on multiple occasions. I had to cancel my card and request an entire new card with a new number just so they wouldn’t continue to charge me. These guys are scammers and I don’t know how they are still trading. Good Luck.

Im so disappointed as i got it for my sons bday tomorrow, i thought i would set it up for him so it was ready to use when i gave it to him. I have deleted my account already and will be taking it back to big w asap for a full refund and replace it with a different one. What did you say to big w for them to refund you? I was worried if i took it back they might question if its been activated already etc and say it cant be refunded. Great idea on getting a new card i think i will do the same.

I was also in the same boat thinking something was wrong with Moochie and kept on getting a new one, 3 Moochies later and no response from the customer care ever just took the watch back to big w. Just tell them you cannot bind the watch to the Moochie otherwise those guys will continue charging you even if they tell you that the plan is cancelled. I also had to cancel my debit card to stop the transactions from going through. I have also reported this company to fair trade because we are not even getting value for the product or service bought and its definately a scam. Maybe you can raise this issue too with fair trade maybe the more we are they can look into this dubious company.

Does anyone know how in the world you do a factory reset on your Moochies watch?! Trying to delete all data from it!

I would like to know why all of the instructions that you have to download (the 'manual' that comes with the watch is not a manual at all) is for the Moochies Connect when we have purchased a Moochies Oddysey and I cannot connect at all? I am trying to set this up for my daughter's birthday and the 'chat' is not a chat (that happens instantly) so I am now waiting on an answer after replying with my information so they can help. On my phone (android), it can't find the watch after searching for 10 hours, and on my husbands (iphone), it finds it only to not be able to connect to the wifi so he can only do one more step. So disappointing as this is the only brand my daughter requested and wouldn't look at others. Anyone with advice as even though Moochies support is 24/7 they are really slow at getting back to people and the birthday is tomorrow.

I'm posting here as this is the only way it seems to get a response. Here is my ticket number 270231 I have been charged for credit $21 which first of all does not make any sense what so ever as the plans are 16.95 or 22.95. However when my daughter tries to call anyone it informs her that she has no credit and her account has been deactivated. I'm very angry as she needs this watch as she is doing longer training sessions at dance now and needs it for emergencies. So now knowing that she had actually tried to call me but couldn't get through! This watch has been nothing but trouble after trouble for me.

Setting this watch up is getting really frustrating without any manuals provided. Can someone let me know how i can get a new linking code from the watch after setting it up to bind it to a new phone device?
