Moodi Magic Stix

The marketing and story of this brand is compelling and there are is very limited options for natural-leaning supplements to assist Kids with ADHD symptoms. My child took Moodi Magic Stix for a month. And I do feel like there was some improvement in my child's behaviour. However, I've decided not to re-purchase. There's a few things about this company which concern me. Firstly, there's no 3rd party testing or rather display of any certifications about their products. I need reassurance that what my child is taking is officially safe.

The website says 3rd party tested. Where can I get this information?

There's lots of reviews on the website but no where else on the web. Hence, one of the reasons I'm adding my review here.

The website says, as seen on 7News, The Daily Telegraph. news.com.au etc. but I have not been able to find any of the articles.

And their website still displays a Christmas offer. That was 4 months ago. I know businesses can have a lot of things going on behind the scenes and maybe this is just a pet peeve but it's also a display of not being able to keep on top of things.

In addition, it took a month to ship my first order. Granted someone did reply to me once to explain they were moving but after 2 weeks still no shipping, until I emailed again asking for a refund.

Until I see an improvement, I'm shopping elsewhere.
