wait another 6mins for it to be slightly golden. The elements barley light up even making toast in this thing seems like a chore a considering what they are worth I would of expected better, it's frustrating and annoying when You have and elderly disabled person waiting ever so patiently for breakfast

Way too slow! – Seriously slow. The elements don’t even look hot. Waste of money and I wish I had of read these reviews as I wouldn’t have purchased it. A $10 Kmart toaster is better than this  Show details

Don’t Buy – hardly used it - maybe once every 3-4 months. power failure right after 2 years warranty finished. paid too much for it, too pretty to throw out as it looks nearly new but only works when it wants to... such a pity and feel so bad to discard from a environmental point of view. wish they could just fix it. Show details

Don't buy it – I returned one thinking it was faulty, and the replacement one is just the same. It takes over 2 minutes to cook a slice of toast unevenly. Very disappointed as I bought the kettle to match. Looks great but that's all. All the reviews are the same. Wished I had read them before I bought it.  Show details

Shocking "toaster" – This toaster cooked unevenly from day 1. I just became used to having to flip my toast around half way through cooking time. Very slow to "toast" (this is a term I use loosely!) and now to top things off keeps tripping the fuse. Glad to finally see it go to the garbage tip where it belongs!
