Lasted 16 months before shorting electricity – If I could give this toaster no stars I would. Only a 1 year manufacturers warranty......because that's all it lasts for. I bought in April 2021, by August it was setting off the safety switch every time I used it. Would definitely not recommend and would definitely not buy again!! Show details

Disappointed – Persevered with this toaster for 12 months. Unfortunately every time the toast is ready it’s catapulted into the air and lands on the floor. This is regardless of the type of bread. Also, never evenly toasted. Show details

Toaster operation – We have been dudded,we spent the extra money and thought we were getting a good product and it will not toast any sought of bread, it is as if the thermostat does not do anything you put it on full it takes for ever and you still have to do it all again. everything, I want and expect functionality as well. We are a family of 2 and I would only use the toaster a few days a week. This toaster came highly recommended from the retailer. Never again!

any time, meaning whenever you think the bread may be over toasted, you can twist the button to cancel! That’s amazing! The price is fair as well.

Don' t be fooled by the good looks! – Shoots slices up in the air and then on the floor. If you are interested in improving your hand and eye coordonation, this piece of work is for you- wait until the lever is released and catch slices mid air before they hit the ground. to return it for a refund. We only used the toaster on weekends so I would say we used it approx 20 times before it broke. Luckily Myer were very good about refunding the money so we could look for a different toaster as my confidence with this brand was broken and I did not want a replacement.

Good looks, no substance – Without doubt this is the worst toaster on the market. Expensive and good looking, but pathetic in every other way. It takes 4 times as long to toast than any other toaster and toasts unevenly too. An amazing waste of big money and criminal that this company flogs such a dog to the public.
