Partial bread browner – Looks good on the bench - but it simply doesnt toast. Browns part of a piece of bread after 4 minutes. Shoots bread into air after exhausting itself thinking about toasting. Rubbish. Show details

Good toaster, but a bit slow – The design, like most Morphy Richards toasters, is quite attractive. It combines both a classic "old-school" appearance with a modern, streamline appearance. In terms of functionality, I love the wide toaster slots, which can fit cafe toast or hot cross buns (halved), without the sides burning or the struggle of removal afterwards. It has… Read more ·  1

additional features such as a defrost function, and a "warming" function, which can also come in handy if the toast is ready before you are. My toast has always been cooked evenly, without burning or charring of corners or edges. The fact that it has 4 slots (great feature), is unfortunately offset by the slow cook time. For a slice of lightly toasted bread (on setting 2), it takes over 2.5 minutes. If the purpose is to make toast for only 1 - 2 people, then this is a great toaster. But if your intention is to cook for a larger group, the timing becomes an undesirable factor as if you wait, the initial pieces become cold.

Rubbish – Absolutely upset. The cord now comes out of the front of the kettle and not the back. Means that the available cord is 45 cm. Had lots of emails with the company. Not in interested with helping me.. Unhappy with issue and very unhappy with company response. So bad that I will not be dealing with this company again, which I came to trust,… Read more

Great look – Love the stylish look of the toaster although it doesn't quite match my Morphy Richards kettle. Seems a bit slow to toast bread my previous toaster was much faster. Easy to clean and good solid levers to press down I am pretty sure they won't break like my last one (not MR)  Show details ·  1

Terrible – This toaster is the worst toaster I have used in 45 years. From day one it never cooked properly. It takes far too long to cook and then I have to flip bread around to cook evenly. Forget using crumpets they take twice as long and then they are not properly cooked. I'm getting rid of it. The only thing I like is the design of the toaster.  Show details
