Slowest toater ever owned – We have put up with this rubbish long enough, time for the bin and I see this model is now discontinued. I know why as it the most useless toaster we have ever owned not only does it take an extremely long time to toast anything, it also toasts one side more that the other. I have cleaned it out but this has had no effect on the poor operation of this toaster, its RUBBISH.

Shocking! – I received this toaster as a gift, have only used it for 3 mths n now it's short circuiting my electricity. I rang morphy Richards 'customer service' we tried a few troubleshooting ideas n nope still the same! Now I have to produce the receipt so I can have this sorted under warranty. I'm disappointed coz the toaster is still brand. Ew technically it was a gift and friends can't provide receipt n all I want is for this toaster to be fixed or replaced! It's quite clear it's their product why is proof of purchase required? It makes no difference who bought it or where from! Sorry I'm very disappointed!

Best Alarm Clock Ever – I bought this piece of rubbish to cook toast. It's so bloody slow I have decided to use it as a space heater and alarm clock. Before I go to bed I put in my bread and start the cooking process. As the toaster SLOWLY cooks my toast. It has kept my room warm for the night and when the toast pops up in the morning I know it's time to get up.

Why does it not toast evenly – Sorry but can anyone explain WHY these and other flash model toasters only cook on one side. I have taken one model back and the staff pluged it in and had same results. I now have this one and it does the same - only toasts one side - Please help?
