Great design. The screw-top lids prevent accidental spillage, they are less prone to jamming in my machine than the old ones that I used to use, and the coffee pours faster. Very happy with this purchase.

Rubbish grinder and pods that jam – I was so keen to get my order. Waited weeks with no reply to my enquiry. I was shocked when I saw the grinder. It’s not much more than a pepper mill and it’s rubbish. I put an empty pod into my machine to check that it actually fitted. It went in ok but now it is jammed! Ruined my machine. Just can’t get it out. Yes, it’s a so called compatible machine. A Modo Mio. No response from Motipod but I have raised a claim with my bank. DONT BUY
After sales service is non existent! – Be very careful when dealing with Motipod! onto the bench, with none in the cup. I emailed Motipod who suggested it was my fault, packing the pod too firmly, so I ran a brew using an empty pod and watched as water spilled out of the machine. A video was sent to Motipod with a request for a refund as the pods were not fit for purpose, no response! Numerous emails have been sent by me and I still have had no response. Obviously honesty and a sense of fair play are not part of the company's ethics!
Perfect cup every time – Bit stunned by the negative comments, mine arrived within about 3 weeks of being purchased. I use them every day. They make a great short black, crème is perfect.

ordering (though I find myself lucky considering some of the other reviews). Now, the problem is that there are no clear instructions on how to use the product. There are several pieces that come with each pot, but I don't know in which order and how to set them up. There is a very brief video that shows how to add the coffee and close the pod, but no instructions about how/where to place the filters. Instructions on the website and provided with the product are generic. See pictures. I won't bother emailing as they don't respond - I did request a refund in my last email, but I guess this will never be read, so looks like I lost $90.

burr grind and compaction to the right degree of strength and texture - we make Espresso - Cortado and Latte in a DeLonghi Nespresso - all going well - we have had and used for about 3 weeks and started grinding yesterday with Burr grinder
I initially received partial of the items that I have ordered. It was initially frustrating as their system does not seem to be able to track my order right away. However, Emma from Motipod has been very responsive in resolving the matter. She has also been reassuring with all of the follow-up emails. She has been prompt with updating me regarding the missing order and the providing me with tracking number.
Wish I knew about Motipod earlier! – These pods are fantastic - easy to use, tough, and perfect for Nespresso machines (we have the Essenza). We love the fact that we are helping the environment by reducing waste! The live chat was very helpful and helped with a few concerns I had and also made sure my machine was compatible. in circles with so much wisdom on how to trouble shoot and empathise how frustrating. Asking for a refund puts you on another loop of being escalated but goes nowhere. The email address is also not answered, don’t waist your time. I finally went to my back and was successful in getting a refund.
I paid but never received anything. After 4 weeks of truing to reach them without any answer whatsoever I can testify that this is a SCAM. Do not buy anything from them.
Clearly some sort of scam. I ordered and paid a month ago. Tracking has never changed from “information received”. No response to my two messages on their only contact method - email. I now read in reviews others have been waiting several months with no product. Don’t waste your money on them.

The pods are easy to fill and I just use a toothpick to help take the coffee from the pod. I might even grab a couple more pods to have on hand for when visitors come

Received refund from PayPal – I was able to get a full refund from Paypal for my purchase of Motipod Starter pack because Motipod did not respond to any of my emails. My next step would have been the ACCC.

ABSOLUTE SCAM – If I could give zero I would. Motipod are a scam. They promise a product yet deliver NOTHING. They initially said 3 day delivery (I was expecting it to be longer, I mean, 3 is pretty good) but it has now been 18 days without even a tracking number. They don't respond to emails. They don't exist. I'm now having to plead my case with the bank to get my money back. Don't do it, you'll regret it.

EDITED TO INCORPORATE 2ND ORDER 2nd order I placed, I experienced all of the awfulness that majority here have experienced. No customer service & poor quality AI assist. I even lodged a PayPal dispute weeks after my order should have dispatched & they waited till the very last moment to attach a tracking number, although did not dispatch. I tried emailing numerous times & contacting via PayPal... nothing. There are other small Oz businesses producing great pods with no order stress, choose one of those even if cost is a bit more.

Waste of money and terrible customer service – We purchased 2 x kits including the grinder as presents for family. The kits are so disappointing. No matter how you grind the coffee the coffee turns out so weak. After contacting the company and answering all their questions about the pods, they wouldn’t accept a return without a video of the “science experiment” of following their instructions. Im not asking my family to video themselves using these pathetic pods. It’s embarrassing enough giving them such a terrible gift.
