Tough and reliable – Needed a twin pram quickly as an order for another brand hadn't arrived. Bought a cheap and well used Mountain Buggy Terrain as a temporary measure. Was hesitant about buying a pram with non-swivelling front wheels but the Mountain Buggy has been fantastic and exceeded expectations. Decided to keep it and cancel the other order. So far (20 months) the fixed front wheels has been a non-issue and actually makes long walks a lot easier - just glides along, no constant steering like with a shopping trolley. May be a hassle when the twins are older (>2 years old) and weigh more. Overall though it's simple to use, easy to handle, fits through doors, robust, kids love it. Easy to use and clean, Nothing complex to go wrong. Tough. Like all twin prams, you need a big car to carry it. Hand brake would be handy.

Good – I took my time looking for a twin pram and ended up buying the Terrain with the optional carry cots. I have heard many people comment about the carry cots not having a long life-span as they are smaller than those on the single Mountain Buggy prams but this hasn't really worried me - I felt the cots to be the better option while my twins are still tiny and they are still using them nearly five months on.

On the pro side of things the pram is great for fitting through doorways (I haven't met a door we couldn't conquer) and it is only a few inches wider than the fan-dangled single prams of today... it also works as a good 'tank' when people won't get out of your way!

As for what I don't like about it, it's heavy (although find me a double pram that's not), bulky (nothing else fits in the boot of my car and the cots actually have to fit in the car itself), expensive (and the accessories are also expensive), the storage basket is not ideal as things can fall out (prefer the fabric variety), and finally the fixed wheels at the front make it difficult to get around corners, especially when I have a heavy basket full of stuff underneath.

Would I buy this pram again? Probably not, but only as I would prefer the Urban model for its swivel wheels and better storage options. Sturdy, robust, fits through most doors. Heavy, expensive, fixed wheels, carry basket.
