Mr Roofer

Leaking roof was worse after Mr Roofer – After a quote of $500 to repair a leaking roof, Mr Roofer ([Name Removed]) arrived and spent a brief time on the roof, taking pictures etc assuring us the leak was fixed and that a small piece of plastic wrapping was the cause. The next rain the leak was worse and Mr Roofer has not responded to calls, emails or SMS. Unfortunately, we read the independent reviews too late. AVOID this business.

Avoid this business at all costs! – Never consider using this business to work on your roof. As confirmed by NSW Fair Trading, he is not licensed to do this work. He caused nearly $10,000.00 worth of damage to my home and doesn't know how to restore a roof properly. He also collects GST (even though he's not registered with the ATO to collect it) and is likely just keeping the GST as an added bonus. When working at heights, he doesn't use any fall protection mechanisms and puts the health and safety of his employees at risk by not doing so. A very unprofessional business and one to avoid at all costs. Consider yourself suitably warned.

Do not use – We recommend you do NOT use Mr Roofer for your roofing services. My wife organised [Name Removed] I believe his real name is [Name Removed], to clean our roof. He and his nephew came out. The roof clean was fine but they sprayed stained water & debris onto our neigbours brick wall, patio & water sprayed into our neighbours' house. When our neighbour witnessed this they said they would clean it up. They did not. When my wife called them that evening about the neighbour's damage [Name Removed] said he would return the next day to fix it up. He did not. Since then my wife, my neighbour & I have tried to contact them but 4 weeks later they are not returning our calls. Do not use these people. Also be aware they are giving verbal quotes of prices for work plus GST. However when I look up the business it appears they are not registered for GST.
