I recently discovered Mt Ossa spring water and was initially drawn to it by its packaging and great price, as well as the fact its an Australian product. I purchased it to take on a camping trip and found it to be pleasant tasting, the tap is easy to use and doesn’t leak, and I love that there is much less wastage than bottled water in plastic bottles. I have been buying Mt Ossa since it came on the market. Perfectly fine drinking water. In regards to this waters taste I think it is the individuals taste buds not the water. it again. But by the same token there is no need to rubbish a product because it doesn't suit your taste. Having said that there is also no need for exaggeration or nastiness. I love it. I find it has no smell and tastes like it should. It suits my taste. Supporting Aussie business is important for the country. No-one can please all the people all the time. TASTES LIKE CHEMICALS/PLASTIC – I'm quite concerned that it has left a chemical-like aftertaste, and it's still there more than an hour later. Your packaging is also misleading. Please do better and switch from plastic packaging to aluminium. I'm quite disgusted by the lack of care and thought that appears to have gone into this product. I will not buy this again and have had to throw it out.

Dear Mt Ossa we love the water. It's pure & always clean so not problem with that. My issue is with the packaging. We have found the 'tap' drips for some time after being opened. a spoon or knife! Latest issue has been for past couple of months that although plenty of glue to secure the top of the carton there is definitely not enough on the bottom. Therefore the bladder often falls out either in store at Woolworths or between checkout & car and then getting inside at home. We have had to save a couple of old boxes to use otherwise they need to be taped up securely underneath. Keep up the good work & let me know if you will be changing your processes.

Bought a few boxes several months ago and the taste was horrific. An extremely strong chemical smell and taste similar to citronella or bug spray. Which I believe made me unwell at the time. Judging by similar reviews from other consumers, this is an ongoing issue. I’m shocked that this is being sold at mainstream supermarkets when it is not fit for human consumption.

I recently purchased Ossa water while it was on special at Woolworths. However, I’ve encountered a couple of issues with the packaging. The blue dye from the box has stained my benchtop, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, the water spout continues to drip after use, causing further inconvenience. I have been buying this water for ages but the last 2 boxes i purchased taste absolutely horrendous. They were undrinkable to the point i threw it all down the sink. It was that bad. I thought maybe it was my glass but i tried several and they were all the same. Not sure what has gone wrong but its put me off enough not to purchase it again which is a shame. Show details

This is my first time I purchased this water. The printing on the package specifies that it is BPA free, which is fine and there is no added fluoride. Does that mean there's no fluoride in it at all, or is there, because it doesn't claim to be "free of fluoride" I also wonder if this water is from a running stream/spring then what kind of process… Read more

is used to filter it and what is added in the water to prevent it from going green/algae? A lot of people read the word "spring" and they believe that the water is spring water when they don't realise that a "TAP" is also a spring.

I have been buying Mt Ossa Natural Spring Water for quite a while now. No problems with the quality, which is a huge improvement on what's available out of the kitchen tap. Just purchased 2x 10 litre boxes and decanted into my empty chilled water cooler bottle. So happy I made the switch from Woolies bottled spring water. Water smells like pure plastic as if I am drinking tap water out of $1 plastic squeeze bottle from Temu. I've bought three boxes, ALL TASTE THE SAME. Horrendous smell and taste is a big no no.

box like that off a shelf or carrying 10kg without the company thinking of ergonomics, lets face it thinking at all, might sustain serious injury. Look out lawsuit. Don’t give us the line about it saves the customer money, better for the environment garbage. You’re the only one on the shelf weighing 10kg without a carry handle. Yes 10kg. You obviously outsource your packaging R&D to some genius manufacturer in Australia who has got his/her design & manufacturing certification from the office of Jacinta Allan directly. Mt OSSA before your revenue drops to an all time low and you are awarded with the highest damaged returned product in Australian History, don’t go down on a sinking ship and try and fix this issue and put a handle on the box.

I've been buying the OSSA water. The packaging is of a concern. Some of the packaging splits open at the seems showing weak adhesive making it a weak box for carrying. I don't have a car, I have to carry the box by hand. Can you please provide a stronger box? Show details

to know what i'm 'actually' buying and if my water has fluruoride.. Why is it this not included on the new packaging? It looks like there was room on it. I can appreciate there may be some naturally occuring Fluoride in Spring water however if your packaging itself is only stating half of the facts then i feel concerned about that. Hopefully there is a way you could rectify this so customers are clearer on what they are buying at the point of sale. Thanks for your tiime.

After Tasmanian spring water was taken off shelves I bought Cole’s alternative water… was ok however the push up opener was so tense. I travel and saw OSSA in Woolies … just in case it’s not on my home shelves yet over 3 days I purchased 10 boxes. baby formula rort. The price of water increased by 3 dollars for the same 10 litre box. Why such an increase? Guess it was to build a new bottling plant for the [Content Removed]. They already bought up half our Australian waterways licences! Now they are taking our mountain water as well. And I suppose [Content Removed] has offered a " good deal" loan for building the facility that realistically can never be paid back . General strategy for the [Content Removed] infiltration.
