Too sweeeeeetttt – I bought this from Costco and it is pure sugar. I had no clue that it can be so sweet. Feel like u are gulping Corn fructose syrup raw. Don't have word to express how bad it tastes.

Purchased at Costco NSW for $80.

Claims look suspicious – I am currently using this, 2.7 KG from Costco. Ended up buying it because Gold did have Vanilla flavour available. This protein is very sweet, hence nice to drink, but I don’t think it is healthy. Research shows that whey protein is absorbed in up to 2 hours (food protein can take up to 8 hours) So big question is “How has this protein been modified or processed to last 8 hours. Googling for Australian phone number gave me a Canada number. Also the ingredients list contains many items, compared to Gold, and that itself makes this risky for me. All manufacturers that claim faster or slower absorption, need to be treated with caution. It could all be marketing nonsense. On Podcast, Zoe Health and Nutrition has findings from well researched projects, on how protein is processed by our body. Also there is no difference between animal and plant protein

Links below. Recommend people do more research, instead of believing unresearched claims by manufactures

Nitro-Tech 8 Hour Protein / Phase 8 Is Good But Whey Gold Is Better – I Got 2.72kg tub (from Costco) which got me 55.5 scoops. Second tub got me only 53.5 scoops. Every scoop I filled is full to the bottom & I'll flat/scrape off the powder on top with a knife to make it flat serve scoops. So no over-flow mountain powder scoops. 2.72kg tub cost $68 at Costco. Each scoop mix with 240ml of water/milk (followed instructions on the back). So....It averages out around 10.83 grams of protein per 100ml. I rate this 8/10 product. Chocolate Flavor Taste 7/10.

I didn't see fast results as quick as Nitro Tech Whey Gold did (even trained & eating same amount of food) but.....this is still good for the price. Costco in Australia is not labelled Phase 8 packaging like others but instead It's called Nitro Tech 8 Hour Protein Multi Phase Protein (which is the same)

I recommend this only if you can get it cheap & not looking for fast bulk results. If you are looking for faster results, bulk muscles & size; then go for Nitro Tech Whey Gold. I see quicker & faster results from Whey Gold. I'll do a review on that later
