Excellent – The only breast feeding pillow I have used so have nothing to compare it to but was very satisfied with it. Easy to use and very comfortable, saved getting a sore neck and arm :) Also because it has the clip at the back it holds itself in place to an extent. One of my favourite new born baby items that made life easier. Easy to pick up in excellent condition and cheap second hand, so inexpensive. And as above...

Life Saving – I had a lot of trouble feeding my second child, was in pain for weeks - nipple pain, back pain and pins and needles in my arms and hands from holding baby. After about 3 weeks of getting fed up with normal pillows and cushions slipping, I purchased this from the USA (half the price of local retailers). It arrived a week later and was heaven! The foam is nice and firm, and has little head rests to make baby's head at just the right spot.

It is easy to put on and remove, and I found it great as I could get up and assist my toddler easily, and keep feeding, since most of baby's weight was supported by the pillow.

My baby was not too spewy, so any possets were easily spot cleaned. The cover does zip off but I haven't done that yet.

I still use if to for night feeds now and my baby is 5 months old. Easy to use, very supportive Cover looks hard to remove.

Excellent – This pillow made it possible for me to breastfeed and enjoy it as opposed to stress about it which I was doing when I first started. I feed using the football hold and just using normal pillows Eliza would start falling in between me and the pillow. My Brest Friend stops this and makes both myself and Eliza comfortable during feeding. I think it's one of the best inventions ever. Extremely comfortable, the strapping prevents baby from sinking into the space between you and a normal pillow. You can use it across the body in the cradle hold or in the football hold (even though it doesn't say so on the package). I like that the cover comes off and is washable. There's not much point having an organic cover if your baby poos, wees or spews during or after a feed. I've had to use a pillow protector and towels to cover it so that the pillow stays nice and clean. There really needs to be an underlying waterproof cover underneath the organic cover to make it worthwhile having an organic cover. Also a second cover would come in handy when the first one is in the wash.
