My initial experience with this sheet was excellent! For the first three days, the fabric was incredibly comfortable and soft. However, I started noticing wear and tear on the surface where my hip and thigh rest quite quickly. Unfortunately, after only three weeks of use, small pills are starting to form in that area. A shame, as the initial comfort was promising

Great customer service regarding product issue – Riley Bamboo Cotton sheet set started pilling after 1 month. Contacted My House and Razelle quickly replied, understood my issue and organised a full refund that day as per my wishes! Whilst the sheet set wasn't perfect, the customer service was impeccable. A company that goes above and beyond.

Pilled after one wash – When I opened the pack the felt extremely soft and luxurious but after one wash I noticed some pilling on the fitted sheet and a slight odour. After second wash I saw the pilling was extremely bad and the smell didn’t dissipate - I would recommend not buying these sheets as the odour has become unbearable and they bunch up terribly in the fitted sheet makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Wouldn’t expect them to pill up after only a few days use either.
