Good reward, but annual fee and points capped at $5000
the card reward programme itself was quite good, $1 per point on visa card that is one of the highest conversion in the market. sign up offer is very attractive at the moment, offering 120000 points, comparing anz 100k. $395 annual fee was ok, they started to charge me annual fee last year even I had multiple home loan with them.
in terms of customer service, I don't know why their csc always typing on the computer, and most of the time they were just silent. probably too much chatting with Indian, who is really doing th work, they are just the face in australia.

Very Good Credit Card - Could be better though

The earning potential for points appears to be on par (sometimes better) than comparable cards as well. We use this card as our regular ...
Read morespending card and pay it off every month so are not subject to the interest rates applicable, so again cannot comment too much on that either. The card is pretty good for what we use it for, however with a minimum limit of $15000, it might not suit everyone.Questions & Answers
