Absolute waste of money – Bought two of these from super cheap. Constantly wiping footage for it to work, now its decided the buttons dont want to work. Waste of money and have not been able to use it properly the whole time. Will never go nanocam brand because technology shouldnt pack the bags after under a year Show details

This is great – I really don’t understand why people hate this dash cam. Purchased from Supercheap in April, 2021. Easy set up. Easy instructions. Does not malfunction. Records beautifully in loop. Absolutely love this camera plus proof of speed and GPS location.  Show details

Worst Dash Cam – Set it to loop and it won't loop record. The start up shut don noise is a pain. The date setting keeps changing, I set it to the correct date and it changes to 5 years ago. This is going in the rubbish and I will have a look at a Garmin. Show details

Do not recommend – Setup is not easy. The WiFi connection is poor and constantly dropped out. The app itself is not user friendly. I ended up buying the card reader to view videos. Show details

Best I've had in 5 cars – We run 5 cars all with nanocam,,It is always installed by an auto electrician and runs perfect,,if you want to cut corners and DIY then you will most "LIKELY HIT PROBLEMS" all our cameras are PERFECT,,we have had reverse and forward looking cams but recently only have use for the front cameras as the newer cars have rear cams factory… Read more

installed..maybe if ppl spent more time looking at the big screen over the top of the steering wheel there would be no problem !!!!..As for switching off,,,try reading the manual or getting an auto leccy,,it's called a screen saver and is easy fixed lol...

Poor quality and no support from NanoCam – We had problems from the beginning. The plug on the power cable is too long to securely fit the camera power socket so it intermittently disconnects when driving, and as the battery has zero life it goes through power on/off cycle. The screen is coming free from the rest of the camera (RHS) with normal daily driving and this unit is less than two… Read more

months old. The original camera was replaced under warranty as the power socket (internal) disconnected from the casing of the camera and you could not plug the power in. This (claiming under warranty) was an excruciatingly difficult and lengthy exercise. Purchased through Supercheap (as you must) and they have been brilliant in helping us try and fix the issues but it is very clear that the NonoCam importers do not give a damn. I would avoid any product sold by this company, they sell and then ignore you. Very very poor.

Turns off after a few seconds - walk away..... actually put it back on the shelf and run – Cheap is not always good. Turns off after a few seconds and films randomly. Returning to Super Cheap and going to purchase a more expensive one. If you are tempted, put it back and turn around and run.

So small u can’t see it – The screen is so small you can’t see it I brought it to help me reverse but can’t see the little square in the corner of the screen I think it’s been a waste of $200 want to know if I can buy a bigger screen for it I hope my question gets answered. crappy camera ever

The company has not answered any messages from me or other people that’s not good biz and the smallest camera i ever seen. Would not recommend dealing with them or there cameras. Don’t waste your money people supa cheap needs to pull them off the shelves management needs to look at its products and staff closer.

Worst dashcam ever – The camera automatically turns off for some odd reason whilst charging in the car. Sometimes it would constantly keep blinking. I really regret buying this. I should have known that the cheapest and discounted product at supercheap auto was going to be an epic fail product. Don't waste your money on this one.

Goes 1 Minute Or So Then Turns Off – Turns off after 1 minute I fixed this problem Turn off auto power Turn off screen saver All good now Was most annoying but in a flash it worked. Lets hope it doesn't revert. Everything else is ok for now. I'll let you know if anything else goes wrong. Good luck with it. It was so frustrating.

This company refuses 100% to reply when you leave a message – This dash cam has got to be one of the worst for dash cams. Often, especially at night, it stops recording even when it is on the 3 minute loop option. I went for this dash cam has it is meant to have a wider field of view of a 165°. I brought it from Supercheap Auto. While the responsibility lies with them for a product to be fit for it's… Read more

purpose, this product is not fit for it's purpose. And no matter what microSD card I use, quite a lot of the films do not turn out, and are faulty.

Not only that, but unlike other models, I've noticed objects look a lot further away than they really are.

My issue is that I've attempted to contact Nanocam Plus now by phone several times, yet all times they say I'm first or next in the queue, and after about a minute or so, goes to a answering machine to leave your name & phone number.

Not once have they had the decency to reply, between their hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

No, I do NO recommend this product for two reasons. One is that we can not rely on it, and two the dash cam company refuses to 100% reply.
