Bad experience – So now my hair is a jet black instead of a dark brown ! Not happy Show details

Came out black – I wanted a nice dark brown colour - as the others here - and got black. I hope it's gonna fade out as I don't plan to pay for hairdresser to get it removed. But I don't like the black at all so I guess I'll have to. Show details

It’s alright – This hair dye is alright. It’s not the best or the worst I’ve used. Truthfully tho I don’t think I’ll buy this again. It stains very quickly on your skin so make sure to clean up the mess as soon as you can. Other then that you get what you pay for?

False wording – I bought this hair dye that said it was going to be dark brown but it came out jet black. I made sure not to leave it for too long so it didn't come out too dark but it was black. I'm never going to buy this hair dye again and I would not recommend it.

colour not true to wording – Having used a variety of hair dyes over the past 10 years, with good results, I have recently used Dark Brown and Chocolate Brown, in an attempt to lighten my nearly dark black hair now peppered with grey. Other brands have changed grey to brown, but Napro Palette has made my hair go jet black, not what i was looking for at all. Only good thing about Napro is the hair conditioner, it's fabulous, wish it was available for sale on it's own.

3 – I've used Napro Palette over the years, while Napro Palette 3-65 "Chocolate Brown" always had lighter results than expected, it always worked fine on my No 3 natural very dark hair and a few grey; But I must also point out that the results of "Dark Brown" 3-0 I had always tend to get so dark it might as well be called Black - or really should… Read more

Then, it's exactly what also happened on the a wee bit of hair patch test on my close friend today.

She's also just as Unhappy and very much disappointed with it.

Colour was way off – I wanted a nice dark brown like on the box to freshen up my dull colour and cover greys, i got black. It couldn't be blacker, looks disgusting. Im so unhappy especially this time of year and when im looking for a job.

Would not buy again or recommend to anyone – I was trying to cover a few greys in my dark brown hair but my hair went totally and unnaturally looking black. I bought it very cheaply so I think this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I've never needed to test store bought colours before but this experience has made me think about it....nah who has time, I just won't buy it again.

Dissatisfied – I bought a dark brown Palette to cover up my light brown hair and the color went jet black. Ive tried rinsing it over and over but its not coming off. Plus, my hair feels brittle and dry. I will not buy one of these again.

Napro Palette 3-0 Dark Brown – I have dark brown hair, similar in colour to the box. I have a few grey hairs so decided to give this a go. Unfortunately the resulting colour is closer to blackish-purple than it is to dark brown. I didn't have any problems with skin staining. I would not commend this. Cheap Blackish purple colour
