Schwarzkopf Napro Palette Intense Dark Red 4-88

Looks like a murder scene in the shower – Similar to other reviewer- I think I just used all the water in the Tasman trying to get the colour to stop running. I’m now sleeping on a black towel in an effort to ruin my pillowcase.

Never stops running – Never stops running, Literally rinsed in shower for hours but the colour never stopped coming out. My hair leaves red stains on everything, shirt, pillow, towel, hair ties, hats and headphones. My hair feels dry and brittle. Won’t use this brand ever again.

colour – Colour only lasted3-4wks before renewing. What colour is 6-888? Have seen in shops.I'm 83 going on 63 & do my own colouring. Will do so till I'm unable. are;nt i lucky!!!!!!

Intensive Dark Red 4-88 Napro Palette with 7 Oils - loved it! – I have used Intensive Dark Red 4-88 Napro Palette Permanent Colour with 7 Oils just recently for the first time and loved it. I have read other reviews and have to say I got shocked with some of them. I would probably not have bought it if I had read them prior to my purchase but I am glad I didn't. I did not have any fumes issues, the smell was strong and I did open the windows in my apt to make it easier to breathe but I suppose that is to be expected when dealing with chemicals. I also did leave it for 30min only and I am extremely happy with the end result. If there is an issue with the colour the company should withdrew it from the market but as said, I really loved it and did not experience any side affects: no burning, no fumes, no headache except for the strong smell. On another note, I did not dye my hair myself in ages so can't say wether this type of smell is "normal". I do however vaguely remember that these types of permanent colours usually have strong smell but what is a "normal" strong smell, well... not sure. Overall, I am really happy with this product.

Very dissapointing – I purchased the 4-88 color and was shocked with the hot pink color it became after shaking the bottle. I tried it on a few strands of hair as it was clearly not the regular color and my hair became pinky red within a short time. I thru it out and purchased another 4-88 the following day thinking it was a once off error. This time it turned into a light purple. I will never buy this brand again. Extremely poor quality!
