I do like this product, it works well. There is one thing I find very annoying & that's the dirty roller mark left on my white skirting or tiles if the front of the machine goes up againt the skirting or wall. This could be rectified with some sort of bumper stop. I'll be trying some felt dots to see if it will sort this out Show details

Follow-up  · I have since added 3x felt sticky dots to the roller cover, this has eliminated the dirty roller mark issue. The roller marks were easy to wipe away. The machine is pretty quiet during use, better than my corded Bissel crosswave it replaced. It handles the cat hair from my 2x longhair & 1x Short haired cats. Happy with how it cleans for this price point. It makes washing the floors a breeze

I like the mop itself, but it doesn't clean the tiles very well. The main problem is the cleaning fluid – it's incredibly expensive ($29 for 200 ml) and it's not available anywhere! Not in Australia, Europe, or America. The fluid sold on AliExpress isn't the original one. Using a different fluid voids the warranty. I wouldn't buy this mop again if I knew all this. Show details

I was pleasantly surprised, as I was half expecting it to under perform. But to my amazement, the device performed beyond all expectations. I have only tried it minor spills so far and it does it without any issues. It works perfectly on our hardwood floors and the suction power is fantastic. I also love the fact that turning it on and lowering… Read more

the handle, feels like a car accelerating, making it effortless in the vacuuming. All in all, I'd recommend this for anyone (my missus love it as well, and wants it for her mother)

Every time I use this, I marvel at technology. I previously had a Dreame h12pro and after almost a 12 month battle (including contacting the ombudsman, reviewing their returns policy and highlighting to the ombudsman that their returns policy did not align with the Australian consumer protection act, in addition to the product not being fit for… Read more

purpose due to the disgusting smell that emitted from the product after using the appliance for 3 months) I purchased the Narwal S20. This thing self cleans the pipes and roller brush, dries BOTH the roller brush and the filter, can almost lay flat to get under low areas such as under beds, it separates the dirty water from the debris and is unbelievably easy to use. It was an expensive purchase, at $799, however I was able to use afterpay, which allowed me to manage the cost.

At this point I am having trouble with the product changing its language to Chinese, and whilst we have not been able to fix the issue, Their customer service is brilliant. Once you have one of these vacuum mop thingos, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Recently purchased this hard floor cleaner and had the choice between this or the Tineco S7. Firstly, this machine feels more solid, heavier but manoeuvres really well. The Tineco did feel clunky in comparison. The first use showed that it cleans extremely well and the water - after using a standard mop the day before - was disgustingly dirty. … Read more

The negatives would be: no steam option, lack of eco detergent option (I use without), no light, no hot water element, no adjustable stick, and no ability to turn the voice off.

The pros: accessories including back up rollers are included, shipment is fast, the machine is very easy to put together, it is very easy to swap between cleaning modes, it self cleans and dries very well, it gets right to the edges, the suction is powerful, hair doesn’t get tangled, stubborn marks come off easily, the floors don’t stay too wet. and it cleans slate tiles well!

We purchased this on a discounted price during the end of financial year sales. I probably wouldn’t pay full price for the machine, but I don’t regret the purchase for $699.
