Stay away from Nature's Own Mega Potency Men's Multivitamin – I decided to change from my usual Blackmore's Mutlivitamin, to a cheaper brand like Nature's Own. 30 minutes after I took a Natures own tablet, Sharp stabbing stomach pain, fever, diarrhea, lasted for days... I thought I had food poisoning. My stomach pain was so severe that getting up to walk made it so painful to move..
