surprised when I took the first tablet and found that not only did it have a smooth coating which made it easy to swallow, but it also tasted great! I will definitely continue to take one each morning, especially with such a low price compared to other high potency mutivitamins for women (I paid $13).

Contain caffeine!! – After a week of taking these at bedtime, and a week of poor sleep, I was shocked to discover that the 'increased energy' in these multivitamins was due to a small amount of caffeine. Its only mentioned in very small writing on the bottle. I don't have a problem with caffeine otherwise but not sure it belongs in a vitamin?! Don't take at bedtime anyway!

skin condition got worse. I also seem to have a bit more energy than usual when Í take it regularly. I find the cost reasonable and the Vitamins, Minerals & herb extracts counteract or relieves my health problems. haven't experienced anything 'wrong'with it but the jury is out.......pending
