Best recommendation ever!!! – I was recommended this by someone from chemist warehouse and after reading the reviews i was abit ify... i called my health nurse and she said its fine and it works for alot of women... after tryIng it for a week... i got dramatic results within 2 DAYS!!! Honestly I have had no tummy aches or anything but Im guessing Im one of the lucky ones... simply amazed at this product!!!!

Terrible stomach cramps! – I purchased this product to help increase my breastmilk supply. I only took 1 capsule 3x a day with food as recommended. The next day, I had severe abdominal cramping, bloating, gas and diarrhea. I was terribly uncomfortable and my baby ended up with worse gas also. 3 days after I stopped taking these capsules, I still have bad stomach pain. I hope this settles down soon. I definitely won't be taking this product again!!!

Nature's Own do not answer questions put to them – I put a question to this company regarding the medium to long term use of Fenugreek 1000mg capsules some weeks ago and am yet to receive a reply. Not good enough. Denise

you're getting enough when you seriously start to smell like maple syrup ( which is what artifical maple syrup is flavored with)

Im not sure if it was coincidental or not but my daughter did have a bit of wind. common in babies anyway so I can't blame the capsules for sure.

long story short , if you're using fenugreek to increase milk production you need to be on more than 1 3 times a day.

previous reviewer said she is lactose intolerant and that may have been why they didn't agree with her. I am also lactose intolerant and I was fine with them. The capsules are lactose free I believe.

Stomach pain – After taking just 1 tablet, I've had severe stomach cramps for hours. I've googled & found a lot of other women experiencing the same thing. All I wanted to do was increase my milk supply :( I read that some companies have recently changed their suppliers, which may explain the sudden increase in reaction to this product.
