Helps prevent/treat mouth ulcers – If you are prone to mouth ulcers, this is a great supplement to try. Added Vitamin C seems do the trick and works better than higher dosed zinc only tablets. They key is to take early as soon as you feel ulcers are coming. Chewable tablets. Doesn't taste too bad.
