Does not work or do anything to me – Unfortunatly i see it as placibo that may work for some people. It does nothing to me. I do not belive that ingridients listed are realy in it. I wish we had better standards in au.

Has the opposite effect with me! – I've been battling to sleep through for a few months. I drop off easily enough, but wake up within 3-4 hours and can't go back to sleep. I was hoping these would help sustain my sleep, but it's had the opposite effect. With these I struggle get to sleep to begin with and when I eventually do it's very disrupted and not deep sleep. A complete hit and miss for me.

Just started today – Just taken my first tablet and I feel relaxed . I only want to take it temporary as I have just has a very stressful couple of months and can't sleep properly and I wake up at 3 am . First time I have ever been stressed and anxious I'm 34 years old will post more feedback after 1 week

Bottle of Miracles! – Wow, I have been suffering with chronic unrelenting insomnia for 5 years. I have been on prescription medication starting 600mg and these vitamins have helped me wean down to 12.5mgs. I really feel them working to de-stress and wind down my body at night. For me nothing else has worked so I am very keen to kick the last 12.5 and just use these to assist with sleep, fingers crossed!

Great stuff – Have been taking for over five years now and still going strong,helps me sleep good and you can always find them on special at chemist warehouse for ten dollars so when they are I buy 6 boxes of them.Just look for the sale when they advertise half price vitamins,also drink some matcha tea in the morning and you will feel even better.

Fantastic – I am a single mum to 5 and 2 of them happen to be a set of newborn twins. I was taking this before I fell pregnant and am now taking it after and without it I would be struggling. Yes the tablet is a little big but it's not hard to cut it in half. I strongly recommend this product to anyone that needs to top up their levels it's just fantastic!!! Energy Size

wasnt for this product

i didnt really notice till the 3rd night now i sleep deep wake up very energized, i work 30hours a week as a cleaner then the energy to hit the gym 10 times a week, each visit is about a hour,, i love it

i dont ever want to give it up and recommend to everyone,, especially those taking on a new hard sport or exercise program

i have no problem remembering to take it as its as i get in to bed and no trouble swallowing though some might due to size but hey just cut it down love it all

actually wake up feeling less tired than usual. If you are an insomniac, I'm not sure this product will help too much, but if you are just someone who is a bit stressed and tightly wound, give it a shot. I feel like it did actually make a difference, and I am using these as my main multi from hereon in. Seems like it did what the ad claimed - helped me sleep more soundly and wake up with a bit more energy. Tablet is big, but most multi's these days are.

Just before bed! – My biggest problem with vitamins is remembering to take them. I find that this product actually helps me remember, simply because I take one just before I go to bed when I brush my teeth. takes the woman's version, but she will also take additional vitamins as well. My take on this is that its important to take vitamins, and I find that this approach of taking one at night helps me remember. Replenishing vitamins lacked in your diet Expensive

Normally sceptical, but absolutely fantastic product! – Natures Way 'Rest and Restore' multivitamin supplements are absolutely fantastic! I bought a bottle when I was at the shops because I'm an extremly busy person who always feels tired after a sleep after a busy day.
