Do not waste your time or money on this – Replaced under warranty 5 time's with different problems. Absolute junk freezing turning off at most inconvenient times. Recalculate rought several times in each trip sending you several detours off the main road Show details
Freezes constantly – Bought this gps, worked well for few days. Started freezing and glitching. Had it sent back got it back was told is fine just a charger fault lasted 10 mins before freezing and failing to navigate. This gps will direct you off Hume hwy and send you into towns when you clearly don’t need to go saying your over weight for hwy. waste of money just use apple maps Show details
Great idea – The object of me buying the big rig duo was so that I could avoid driving a truck where it was not allowed. The concept worked well in the beginning but had a few glitches, like telling me to turn off a major highway drive down the road the perform a u turn then proceed back onto the highway. unit then start again. I contacted support and they told me to update it which I did, it made it worse contacted support again and returned the unit for fixing. On receiving the unit back again it started doing the same things again freezing and locking up. I would like to think not all of these units would do this but I’m not handing over another $500 dollars to find out so will be buying something else

Screen Freezes – I bought this unit 2 weeks ago, and the screen freezes on every trip. The last trip it froze within the first minute, and never came back.
