Circo Therm Roast goes above 200 degrees but I haven't used it for multilevel cooking. I'm still struggling after 2 years to work out how to convert my trusted recipes to the Neff cooking system. Sometimes the temperture variation can be 20 - 30 degrees from my recipes to what I end up using in the Neff oven - and a shorter cooking time. The best success I've had is when I follow the recipes provided by the Neff home economists. I've talked on the phone with one of the home economists and she was helpful - she sent me some recipes that worked well. Perhaps that's an idea for you. All in all, I've found the oven difficult to operate.

These days the quality of products seem to break or die just after warranty runs out. I think all manufacturing companies need to take a good hard look at themselves and see what they are doing to the environment, it’s disgraceful that it costs so much to repair (if it is at all repairable) which then makes you purchase a new product. My Neff oven door broke, my Neff induction cooktop controller broke and I’ve replaced the Neff light globes in the air extraction all in 2-4yrs. My neighbour had a Neff oven and replaced it within 4yrs as well. In my opinion flip a coin, cheers

We have recently purchased both the Neff Ovens and Cooktop you are looking at, but opted for a Miele Dishwasher. We are very happy with the Neff products, but, and this is a big but, I found them very hard to operate initially as the manuals that come with them are very hard to interpret and use (I think the issue is that they were originally written in German and have not translated well into English). We purchased the items from Winning Appliances who offer cooking lessons to teach you how to use the products - fabulous!! We had to wait months to get a spot but that was ok . . . Till they cancelled the classes in August due to Covid and the next available classes are in November. So here we are having spent around $10K for cooking appliances I didn’t understand how to use (beyond very basic functions). I rang the consultant we purchased them from and he was amazing! Went above and beyond for us and organized the Home Economist at their Fortitude Valley showroom to give us a lesson in how to use the ovens and Cooktop. We were so impressed by the service Winning Appliance provided, without them I would still be totally clueless . . . I suppose the moral of the story is to establish the ‘after sales service’ available before you make the purchase.

Hi June govett, Thank you for your question. For your particular model a Meat-Probe is not included with the oven. A suitable meat-probe can be purchased over the phone from our after sales team on 1300 087 033 (select option 5). Please ensure you have your complete model details when calling to enquire of price and availability. Please note, the probe must fit into a socket on the left hand side of the cooking compartment. If your oven does not have this socket, then unfortunately you will not be able to plug in a meat-prob. Kind regards NEFF Home Australia.

Hi Khas,  Thanks for your question regarding the NEFF Ovens. Eco clean - The self-cleaning surfaces in the cooking compartment are cleaned with the "EcoClean" operating mode. The self-cleaning surfaces (back panel, ceiling panel and side panels) are coated with a porous, matt ceramic material. This coating absorbs and breaks down splashes from baking, roasting and grilling while the oven is in operation. If the surfaces no longer clean themselves adequately and dark patches appear, the surfaces can be cleaned by the cleaning function.

Easy clean - The EasyClean cleaning aid makes it easier to clean the cooking compartment. Dirt is softened beforehand by vaporizing soapy water. It can then be removed more easily.

Hi .Thanks for the reply .But Alas .Lacking in Communitation ..My partner had decided we didn’t require the Universal Trays and had Garaged them with out my knowledge .So we now have them in good use .Thanks again for the reply .

HI Anne, I often do the same so I use a fry pan that has a metal handle so it can go in the oven/grill without damage to it. Hope that helps.

However, you can still finish off the meal by using the the grill for a couple of minutes, we recommend to do this with the oven door closed. Hi Wendy, Thanks for your question regarding the NEFF B57CR22N0B. As per your user manual hot soapy water or a vinegar solution will do and then dry with a soft cloth. For any baked-on food residues you might need to soften with a damp cloth and soapy water. If there are heavy deposits of dirt, use a stainless steel scouring pad or oven cleaner. NEXT QUESTION - 1. HOW MANY PANES OF GLASS IN THE DOOR? If 3 or 4 like other brands 2, How do you keep the door open to remove the glass panes when it slides in automatically? I tried to hold it open the other day and imagining I was just cleaning the internal layer of glass. It would be difficult to clean unless there is a locking mechamism. Can you help me? Wendy
