Hello, regarding the full steam with convection or pyro with vario steam oven 60cm how long do they cook on full steam mode? i mean I was reading steam recipes online and they mention 3 -4 hour roast times but then I hear the steam only last for 90 mins max. That is not the same as a slow pot roast where you ‘cook and walk away’..Any help and comments are really welcome
