Unbelievably awful – I used both the acne cleanser and serum and after 2-3 days my skin started to dry out like never before, with a burning sensation and peeling. I never used moisturizer on my face because it was never dry, but now it's been about 4 days that I apply great moisturizer around 15 times a day to prevent my skin from bleeding. it's not getting any better and Neutrogena should be responsible.

Purchased in at Priceline.

Terrible Product – This has got to be the worst cleanser I have ever tried. I have suffered with severe acne since puberty so I am no stranger to trying numerous different products on my combination skin. This is the first time I have ever reacted in this way to anything in my entire life. On first application, my skin began to tingle, but I thought nothing of it. After two uses over a 24 hour period, my face became very dry and painful. Thereafter, my skin started to develop tiny little whitehead-like lumps and a rash began to show on my face and neck. The pain was equivalent to a bad sunburn: painful when touching or moving the affected area. I stopped immediately after the two applications. It has been three days, and I still have the lumps and now my skin is itching and peeling like crazy. I am flawed that this product claims that it is "dermatologically tested". This stuff doesn't seem safe enough to use at all.

I tried to post this review on Neutrogena's website, but the mods kept deleting it, which explains why their products have higher ratings on there than on this site.

TLDR; causes chemical burns, don't use it.
